ZillowVERIFIEDWe have bought three rental properties with the help of Jani, who helped us buy lovely houses that have all appreciated in value (bought two in 2008 and one in 2017) . Our original plan was to eventually move to the Seattle area and retire there but that plan has been changing over the past three years. In addition, Jani helped us sell one of them in 2022, which had jumped in value but was not all that great looking any more because of poor care by tenants. Jani and her team came through and fixed things, cleaned it up, staged it and we accepted a great offer within days. It was a super smooth sale.BTW - the house we bought in 2017 was in an area that Jani had encouraged us to buy in years earlier but we didn't listen to her. We did finally buy a house we still hope to move into in ten years and paid a lot more than we would have had we listened to her the first time because of the appreciation in the area, which is still increasing. She definitely knows what she's talking about and knows the areas around Seattle.
