Janalee Jacobsen

A Utah native, JanaLee joined the Park City real estate community in 1999 as a sales associate for a very exclusive boutique accommodations firm. She progressed rapidly, joining the Board of Realtors in 2000, and for the last fifteen years, JanaLee has worked her way to the highest level of the local real estate community. She has developed an exceptional knowledge of the most exclusive and remarkable properties for which the greater Park City area has become so coveted, as well as maintaining insiders understanding of the recreation industry that drives our local economy and real estate market.

Working closely with her clients, JanaLee has also worked closely with the elite architects, designers, builders and developers that call Park City home. She has developed a well-trained eye for what our dynamic marketplace requires, and understands the types of amenities and design details demanded by the most discerning of homeowners. JanaLee has developed a knack for translating buyers' individual and varied tastes into the many possibilities that our beautiful mountain communities offer.

Through the years, JanaLee's dynamic personality and professional reputation have earned her clients that range from local buyers purchasing their first home to very public personalities seeking a multi-million dollar mountain escape. Unafraid of a challenge, JanaLee also has substantial experience dealing in complex real estate transactions, including trusts, water rights, survey errors, obstructed titles and the conversion of raw land into successful developments.

Personally, JanaLee is very active within the Park City Board of REALTORS and the community at large. While serving on numerous internal and public boards for the Park City Board of REALTORS, JanaLee also manages to enjoy the numerous activities popular in the Park City area, including being an avid skier and boater. She can also be found hiking the local trails with her faithful four-legged sidekick or cruising the canyon roads on her motorcycle. Most importantly, JanaLee lives a personal commitment to her clients, consulting with her clients professionally and socially on local issues and market conditions for years after a transaction closes.

JanaLee has her ABR designation and received her Brokers license in 2005, one of the youngest members within her company to achieve the designation. Every year since 2007 JanaLee has received the Park City Board of Realtors Professional Achievement Award.
