BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY

Great working with this group! We worked with them for about 9 months from launching the search through closing. Super professional, very resourceful and gave us great insight throughout the process. I highly recommend Jana Lee and her team!

Working with JanaLee was awesome! She is a seasoned professional who really knows the Park City market well. The insight she gave us was invaluable and made all the difference in our home search. We'd highly recommend her!

How could this have been made easier? Jana went above and beyond by first showing us properties within our budget, but also helping educate us on the area and the benefits of our new property location. At times we felt we were asking too many questions, but Jana, Nancy and Megan were there to get us answers. They honored our requests (even if they maybe thought they were a little out of the norm) with enthusiasm and promptness. As Jana was recommended to us, I will happily pass along Jana's name and Ski Resort Property Group to friends looking to buy in the Park City area.

A big thank you to Jana and her team at Ski Resort Property Group for helping Kristy and I make a great home purchase. We were moving into the area and wanted a knowledgable team to guide us thru the location and selection process. Jana and her team did not disappoint! They showed us around from Park City to the Heber, Midway, Hideout and Kamas areas, educating us patiently along the way until we narrowed down our search. From there they helped us thru the negotiating process and thru close making it an efficient process that made a stressful process as easy as possible. With their help we found the right home in the right location! Thanks again for all you did for us during the amazing journey to our new home! We could not have done it without you!

We had a purchase process that lasted 3 months due to some significant issues identified that needed to be rectified by the Seller. Jana did a great job managing and driving the process - a true problem solver. She was able to negotiate in a way that optimized results for the Buyer without the Seller feeling like they had lost.
