She came and presented us with a packet of information about the real estate market and our home value based on her current analysis. We didn't ultimately pull the trigger on selling until about 8 moths after this initial meeting, but when we called she was right on top of getting our home sold. Despite one buyer backing out, and working with an extremely difficult buyer's agent on our second contract, Jana kept poised, advocated for us, and ultimately got our home sold for the price we wanted. She has advised us, encouraged us, laughed with us, shared our frustrations, and celebrated with us once our home finally sold. Jana has a wonderful assistant, Mariah, who has been available when Jana isn't to keep us updated on our home sale and to contact other agents for showings in the event that Jana is out of town. Mariah has been a pleasure to with with as well. She earned every penny of her commission, and then some with a performance that was well above expectation. If it wasn't for a referral made by a close friend that led us to Jana, we might have been pushed out into the street. we found our dream home for a little less than what our rent was. Jana was amazing especially in this day and age. Her honesty and integrity where beyond reproach. Jana told us she would never sell us a home that we didn't love and or could not afford. ZillowVERIFIED Words cannot explain how great it was to work with Jana. My husband and I were first time home buyers so everything was very foreign to us. On our first meeting Jana sat down with us and explained the process in detail and what we needed to expect and at what points of the process we would need to pull out the checkbook. During the offer process our financing fell through and Jana was wonderful in helping us find other options. I was worried about finding an experienced real estate agent that would want to work with a buyer with a small budget but Jana never made us feel like our sale was any less important than other and I feel that she work extremely hard for us.We purchased a foreclosure through Fannie Mae so with multiple delays and setbacks Jana went out of her way to consistently follow up and coordinate task between the bank and the listing agent so that our close date wouldnt get pushed back. To add to the chaos we went in as a renovation loan through the bank and Jana handled the scheduling of the contractors estimates and needed paperwork requested by the bank. That was above and beyond anything I expected her to do for us. She truly made my husband and Is dream become a reality. I would not hesitate to recommend Jana as agent to anyone and would actually encourage anyone looking for an agent to at least give her a call because she will earn your business.

ZillowVERIFIED I wish there were more than 5 stars to give in the responsiveness area because I have purchased and/or sold six homes with four other realtors in the past dozen years and Jana puts the others to shame when it comes to being available and really listening. It took several months for us to find exactly what we wanted yet we never felt that Jana was sick of dealing with us. :) In my previous real estate transactions in Washington I've never really felt that I was a very high priority for my realtor. With every home purchase or sale I was left feeling like they really didn't do much more than unlock a few doors and fill out a few forms for me. Working with Jana was the complete opposite. From our very first meeting she was great!
