She will show you those homes, but she will also search out other properties that she thinks are worth your time to see, based on her knowledge of your priorities, and her experience having worked with similar buyers. She has a wide network and if you have a question on something for which you need more info than the inspection provides, she'll make a call and get the right pro out there or on the phone with you, asap. This is huge during a pressure packed time.Her service level could not be higher. As a first-time seller who was moving out of state, I really didn't want to have an agent who I felt like I needed to babysit. The following are why Jamie, Amy and Nest Atlanta are so freaking incredible.1) Whenever I had a question, it was always answered within 24 hours (and almost always the same day). I never had to remind them there was information I needed.2) I never had to check-in about the status of closing once we were under contract.
