ZillowVERIFIEDA very irresponsible agent. I made an appointment to tour a house. She didn't show up at the appointment time. I called her several times, but she didn't reply. Later, she sent me a message saying that I didn't show up at the scheduled time and won't let us tour this house in future. I asked her to check our original appointment time. She never responded then. My family were very interested in this house, and waited for more than 1 week to tour the house. Due to her mistake, unprofessionalism and lack of responsibility, my family were not able to tour the house we are most interested in. She didn't apologize for her mistake, and even won't let my family to have another time to tour the house. This is the worst experience I ever had with a property agent in my life.
