We set an in-person appointment next day which Sarh and her team was professional and on time. We had two open houses the very next weekend and an offer on the house that Monday. Sarah and her team do have tools and services to sell your house faster that the average client will not know about but does make for a great experience. I ran into an issue with the house and I can say Sarah will go above and beyond her scope as a realtor to get the job done! I had my house sold within 35 days of contacting her and her team. ZillowVERIFIEDA very irresponsible agent. I made an appointment to tour a house. She didn't show up at the appointment time. I called her several times, but she didn't reply. Later, she sent me a message saying that I didn't show up at the scheduled time and won't let us tour this house in future. I asked her to check our original appointment time. She never responded then. My family were very interested in this house, and waited for more than 1 week to tour the house. Due to her mistake, unprofessionalism and lack of responsibility, my family were not able to tour the house we are most interested in. She didn't apologize for her mistake, and even won't let my family to have another time to tour the house. This is the worst experience I ever had with a property agent in my life.
