After six seasons of being snowbirds in Scottsdale, we knew we wanted to live there permanently. We randomly chose a real estate company and were super lucky to be referred to Kathleen. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and on top of everything through the whole process. She showed off lots of different properties so that we could decide what area and type of home would suit us best. Once we were back in Illinois, we decided that we wanted to buy one of the homes she had shown us. We called her and she did another full walkthrough for us via video link so that we could make a final decision. Being from out of state, she took on some extra duties such as getting the keys and helping us coordinate with a pool company. She also did the final walk-through for us just before closing. I bought a home in Phoenix just this Month April 2026. I'm an out of town buyer and had limited time to view the 20 homes on my list. Kathleen was randomly assigned to me. She organized the week, so we could get through all 20 homes. The home I finally chose, I went back and looked at 3 times which Kathleen happily obliged. She's professional, knowledgeable and responsive. Kathleen also had great recommendations for contractors, landscapers and pool companies.
