ZillowVERIFIEDJames was very professional, knowledgeable, and informative. Every time I had a question he was prompt in getting back to me. I liked the updates and how he went over and beyond. It was my first time using him and I will continue to recommend him. Above all he was honest and fair in helping me get my dream home, and even provided alternatives if I could give 6 stars I would. Thank you so much James! ??

ZillowVERIFIED I would like to start this review with, I don't write bad reviews. This agent deserves a more poor review. Agents are supposed to represent the seller in negotiations. James Ray fell on his face and communicated NOTHING. Offers were written to the seller that I doubt she ever saw. We "worked" with him for a month. No communication from him except me begging him for feedback and responses. We NEVER received anything from James in writing. He told us of counteroffers-but in texts and verbally. When the WRITTEN counteroffer was made-NO RESPONSE ever occurred. This man and his agency will be reported for breaking the trust placed in him to present all offers to the seller. The really stupid thing about this whole situation is that because of his poor conduct, the seller could have received a stronger offer from me on this house and more money in the buyers pocket. James is an embarrassment to good real estate agents who unite buyers and sellers. I am not sure what James' game is, but it is not legitimately working in an honest and aboveboard fashion. AVOID this agency! Save yourself a month of wasted time, energy & frustration.

ZillowVERIFIED I had an absolutely wonderful experience with James Ray. He helped me find the perfect home for my family and made sure that we got the best deal possible for the dollar! He was always available to answer questions and was also able to help me find the right mortgage company for us. He has a great personality and he's a good human being.

ZillowVERIFIED Buying a home in one state while living in another state is very challenging. Dave Flood was referred to us third hand. Needless to say, without another choice we decided to move ahead, making Dave our eyes in Michigan. Time was against us.Dave and his finance team worked us thru the qualification process with the funds available to us. Then his real work began. We were looking for a needle in a hay stack lol. Dave quickly showed my son (my second set of eyes in MI) what was available and after some some weeding we made and offer. However with this offer came three months of challenges. After an excellent home inspection (inspector recommended by Dave). the home was not all that we thought it was. Dave went to negotiate heavily for us and we must say he accomplished a fair deal of repairs and concessions on our behalf. If you are looking for a realtor who responds, Dave is the real deal! Dave is honest, if he does not know the answer he will say so, but he will get back to you in good time. He is hardworking and was always available throughout the process. Coming from spending 15 years in construction adminstation myself, I was comforted by his knowledge of actual home construction. Dave is also a part of a very competent real estate team who has strong relationships with reputable subcontractors, which you will definitely need while buying a second hand home. Thanks to Dave we successfully closed on our home within 90 days. We would not hesitate to recommend Dave with fuve stars to anyone looking to buy a home in this volatile market.

She helped me with my initial bid..open, engaging and No questions or requests were off limits.
