He broke down the details of each transaction, why it sold at the price it did and the complexities around each sale (setbacks, location to State lands, topography, recent timber harvest, etc.). He knew the area where each of the sales were located (Brinnon and Quilcene) and is very knowledgeable about the different scenarios that can arise in rural land transactions that can affect development.
