We had a unique property in Oak Harbor, two and a quarter acres with two homes on it. Over a five-year period, we had three different Realtors with no success. I knew right from the beginning when I met Jim, picked his brain a bit, that he knew his facts and definitely had done his research on our property. The listing was professional, accurate and had beautiful pictures, even a video, that represented our property to the fullest. Prior realtors took a few stills and that was it. We also had a very big challenge of Renters in both homes. He was a master at working with them and won them over from the start making it easier for everybody involved, including the buyers. I highly recommend Jim Martin; I only wish he lived closer to Oregon so he could handle our next sale and purchase.
