Josh was incredibly responsive and willing to cover a large geographical area to help us find our dream home. The market has been moving so quickly but he was able to set up same day or next day visits no problem, even with Covid restrictions. In addition Josh set up viewing schedules perfectly so we could seamlessly go from one house to another - we hit five homes in one day spread out between Renton Highlands, Kent and West Seattle! Josh was available to answer any questions and got us everything we requested from sellers. In the end we found our perfect dream home and were able to close the end of the following week. Couldn't be more pleased. I feel like he'd help us unload moving boxes if we asked.
