ZillowVERIFIEDI have had the good fortune of working with the Emmer Real Estate Group on 4 separate transactions over the past 2+ years in the Green Lake terrace area. I have been extremely satisfied with their services and our results in each instance, and would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in buying or selling property in the Green Lake area. Jim Emmer and Kyle Johnson helped me sell our family lake home at a good price in June of 2022, and the process was smooth and efficient. Then, in August of 2022, Jim and Carol Skivington helped 3 neighbor-families and me to jointly purchase a woodlot within the shoreland zoning area. Which was then converted to a retention basin for run-off phosphorus mitigation by the County and the Sanitary District. The sellers accepted our initial offer, and the deal concluded quickly and cleanly at our closing company in Oshkosh. Next, I referred a close friend to Jim and Kyle, who helped her purchase a family vacation home in October of 2022, at a very attractive price. Again, the process went very satisfactorily for my friend, who lives out of the area. Lastly, in September of 2024, I engaged the Emmer Group to sell a vacant lot. Jim worked with one of his associates, Tom Kneesel, and the entire process took less than a week, finishing with the acceptance of a very strong offer. So, I highly recommend the Emmer Real Estate Group and will plan to use them again, should the opportunity arise in the future.

The house sat on the market for a year and half with no interest and then when we switched to Emmer Real Estate, they were able to bring in two offers, one at almost list price. Even with a difficult buyer's lender, the closing occurred on time.

He was very friendly, really listened to what we were looking for in a house and did everything he could to help us find the perfect fit. In one day he took us to see 13 houses. ZillowVERIFIED Recently used Emmer while looking for a property. We found a property and where able to close successfully but the process was long and painful. Our agent Bob Rice was attentative and polite but he only did the bare minimum amount of work in order to get his pay check. My agent did not help with any of the negotiations. Didn't provide any insite or things to look for when looking at the property. If you are going to use Emmer Real estate please choose your agent carefully. Otherwise you'll end up doing most of the work.

Julie worked around my crazy work schedule from January-April, and was always available to show a condo last minute or write an offer at any time of the day.
