ZillowVERIFIEDWhen I decided to sell my house, I knew who I wanted to be my realtor. Jim Dimora. He has sold houses in my neighborhood for years and has a good reputation in my area. When I called him on a Friday, he gathered some initial information over the phone to start his process and we had our first meeting on the following Monday. I knew he was a good agent, and our first meeting went extremely well. Jim is more than a good agent. He is a consummate professional with a profound knowledge of his job set. He has the ability to explain the processes in a clear, concise manner. He is personable and created a relaxed environment for the client (me!). He was always available when I called with questions. He drove buy my subdivision on his way to work and would drop off information at my door, saving the drive to his office. This kindness was above and beyond his duties as an agent. Through a set of unexpected circumstances, a potential buyer wanted to see the house before it went on the market. After the photographer completed the pictures to produce the virtual online house tour, Jim was flexible and gave the potential buyer a walk through that afternoon. The next day the potential buyer made an offer, Jim skillfully negotiated to get me the price we had discussed. I accepted the offer. I am still stunned by the speed and efficiency of this venture. Eleven days after Jim and I had our first face-to-face meeting, my house was sold. Closing was three weeks later. Jim worked very hard to make sure the selling/closing process was easy for me. We had NO glitches. I appreciate Jim and his talented staff and thank them from the bottom of my heart.

Jim was an excellent resource for finding movers, organizations to pick-up donated items, a company to assist with unwanted items to discard and finally a cleaning organization. Jim often got the quotes and arranged for people to have access, sending us pictures of progress. Jim shared with us the comps for the area, explained the current market conditions and made suggestions on pricing to expect. We actually sold the home for more than we had expected in a matter of days after listing. Jim continued to organize inspections, repairs, arranged for closing agents to close at our out of state address to avoid a long trip for the closing. This was the 8th house I have sold, and one I thought would be a difficult experience. Jim's knowledge of the market and various resources made this one of my very best experiences.
