Jim did a great job leading us through the process of buying a new home and selling our old home. He found what we were looking for in a new home, and when we decided we wanted it, helped us through the process of submitting an offer. Our offer was accepted and he then helped us through the process of closing. He also was invaluable in selling our old home and again, led us through that process, and he got us a little more than we were expecting as a sale price. Jim responded to questions quickly and was always available when he was needed. We would definitely use him again for a real estate transaction and he gets an A for what he did for us over the past couple months.
