I cannot imagine doing this long distance purchase without Jakes help. He did everything he could to be present for everything we couldnt be there for (inspection, for example). If I had a question, he answered me quickly. We moved in without any issues, and that is absolutely because of Jakes care during the entire process. If you need a realtor, you cannot go wrong with Jake. Hands down, best realtor experience weve had!
