Jake Grasmick is absolutely incredible!! I could not be more impressed with his knowledge, determination, communication, and calm demeanor. He made an extremely stressful process as stress free as possible. His experience spoke volumes as he not only helped us find a house, he provided the facts and guidance to what was needed to close on a house in this crazy market. The roof of the house we purchased was damaged the day before we closed and he made trips to the house to ensure it was fixed prior to us signing any papers. I enjoyed working with Jake throughout my home buying process. As a first time home buyer I had no idea what to expect and Jake was there to guide me through the process, get my paperwork in on time and answer any random questions whenever I needed help. He never made me feel like I was wasting his time with home showings or asking a dumb question. Each time I needed something Jake got back to me in a timely manner witch is super important if its a fast selling market.
