To me and my wife, and weve been lucky enough in life to find two of them, the best realtors for everyday folks are the ones represent smaller contracts with just as much drive and passion as their larger ones. Some agents make nice billboards and tell you what you want to hear, others tell you the hard truths and actually fight for your every dollar. Jade is 100% the latter.
