ZillowVERIFIED Jacob was recommended to us by several friends and active real estate folks in the area. He was extremely professional and in depth with his communication. We asked to tour 10 houses in one day on the weekend, and he had us set up for tours in no time aEUR" in a geographic manner that made our day extremely easy. In each home, he displayed his skill aEUR" whether it was walking us through new construction nuances, or looking at septic/well setups were less familiar with. In between homes on the sometimes 10-15 minute drive, he was able to get us prompt answers from the sellers agent aEUR" and put them in writing for us to review in our day. 10 homes were a piece of cake for Jake. In the end, he negotiated us into the home of our dreams aEUR" walking into $30,000 of equity on a new build purchase (unheard of in 2025). He protected us when pointing out final touches the builder needed to do as well. Cant say enough positive things aEUR" and Ive done 750 funding transactions as a loan officer. Many thanks to Jacob! 12/10 recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED I cant say enough great things about Jacob! As first-time homebuyers, we were nervous about the process, but he made everything smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. From the very beginning, Jacob took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and guided us every step of the way with patience and expertise. He was always available to answer our questions (and we had a lot!), provided honest and insightful advice, and worked tirelessly to find us the perfect home. When it came time to negotiate, Jacob went above and beyond to ensure we got the best possible deal. We truly felt like we had an advocate in our corner the entire time. Thanks to Jacob, we are now happily settling into our first home, and we couldnt be more grateful. If youre looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring realtor, look no further. We highly recommend him to anyone in need of a fantastic real estate professional!

ZillowVERIFIED Jacob is everything youd want in a real estate agent. He is easy to talk to, pays attention to your wants & must-haves, and when you tour houses with him, he points out any and all of the red flags. He doesnt gloss over or sugarcoat any hard truths. It truly feels like he is advising you the same way he would if it were one of his loved ones buying a house. He is someone I respect and trust; cant recommend him enough. Ill definitely be seeking his services next time I'm in the market.

ZillowVERIFIED We were so fortunate to work with Jacob. He answered every call and was quick to respond with an appointment whenever we found a house we wanted to see. Jacob is licensed in both Ohio and Michigan, so he was able to help us regardless of which side of the state line we were searching. His knowledge and patience are impeccable, and his negotiating skills top notch. It was a pleasure working with him.

ZillowVERIFIED Jacob is an awesome realtor 10/10. Nothing but good things to say. Me and my wife have worked with a couple realtors. All either pressured us to buy or just made buying a house unpleasant. Jacob made buying a house plan and simple and just overall a better experience. I will definitely use him to buy my next home years and years from now!!!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Jacob is the best realtor in the Toledo metro area, perhaps even the world. Through no fault of his own, the sellers had some confusion on the date they needed to move out and Jacob bought them a hotel to stay in for the night so everyone was happy. After we were already closed, he went above and beyond to make sure we got in our house okay. I would recommend him to anybody that needs a realtor in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Jacob Steenrod was very helpful and was always available even on sunday evenig at 8:30pm to take my call and answer my questions. I have to say Jacob is one of the best realtors we ever worked with my uncle and l feel very lucky to have found Jacob. We started out looking for a home with another realtor but they didn't give us the help we needed probably because my uncle was from out of state and looking to move from Connecticut to Toledo The other realtor would not return calls till about two to three days later. But That's Not The Case with Jacob he takes his job seriously and gave us great customer service and he was always very polite and worked really hard to help us with everything if l ever need a realtor again l will call Jacob Steenrod.

ZillowVERIFIED Jacob stepped in at a moment's notice to be our agent. I was introduced via phone to him on Sunday 10/18 and wanted to see a house that I'd noticed on Zillow. Within two hours we were touring the home. Jacob wrote an offer the same day. We closed yesterday! Throughout the short process he took care of everything professionally, with the absolute best personality. Always responsive and I could hear his smile through the phone each time. He is such a pleasure to work with and I absolutely recommend giving him your business. He is awesome! I wish him all the very best.
