I am a full time licensed Broker who works in the South Cobb and South Fulton areas... I specialize in Mableton neighborhoods where the following call home - professional athletes, local celebs, TV and radio personalities, former state Governor Roy Barnes and everyday upwardly mobile suburbanites. I am particularly familiar with homes in the Vinings Estates,The Retreat at Old Vinings Lake, Vinings Cove, Brookmere West, The Legacy at the Riverline, Providence, Cobblestone and neighborhoods along Fontaine, Cooper, Glore, Brookwood, Clay, Buckner and Pebblebrook Roads. I am well versed in all parts of Mableton and serve clients from first-timers to luxury homes. I do help buyers and sell outside of South Cobb and South Fulton, but Mableton property owners are my heart. I have practiced my craft since 1999 and after moving to Mableton in 2003, I have perfected the technique and skills it requires to sell a home in any market for South Cobb property owners. My approach with my real estate practice is boutique style. I work with a small group of clients at a time giving the personal touch that you deserve unlike some other real estate agents that turn buyers and sellers into numbers and aggressively push them in and out of homes before they are ready or have the right deal. Recently the market has been picking up and may give some sellers false hope on selling quickly without much effort. Although buyers are a bit easier to find, its important to find the "RIGHT" buyer, with the best financing, terms, conditions and work with appraisers to get the value your home is worth. Picking a weak buyer can be detrimental to your sales process. Setting a price too high will also kill your deal. Most sellers I work with easily beat the market but also understand the ground work that must be done prior to listing in order to have the best outcome. Most sellers at first are skeptical of the preparedness process and don't quite understand how buyer's think. Staging, great photography, marketing and effort are just the beginning. You have to understand how buyers buy and how the process really works to beat the market and get the best price. I am here to help you navigate all that you need to accomplish to reach your goals.
