Be patient. I can't stress this enough with my sellers. If you do your research, list the house at the right pricing point, and target the right people, your house should be sold in no time. Of course, that is where my expertise comes in to help ensure this is a smooth process for my clients, but as a seller, you need to trust the process and be patient that the house will be sold in your ideal time frame.
