I met Aldo virtually in 2014 when I decided to move to Miami, FL. Since then, Aldo has become a friend and my go-to realtor for all my real estate needs. I have rented, purchased, and sold properties with Aldo throughout the past 7 years. He has always been very responsive and trustworthy. I have recommended and will continue to recommend Aldo to any friend or family member as I value and trust him to handle my personal affairs.

We had wonderful experience, Aldo is very reliable, and honest person, he went beyond our expectations to help us in buy our home.Our process took long, bcoz of loan, he was very patience, and not pushing to us, we were stress free bcoz of his helping suggestions.Would love to recommend everyone.

Aldo helped find a good condo property and assist with renting and managing it for last four years. He makes timely effort to find good tenants, negotiating acceptable terms, coordinate move in and move out etc.

I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction and disappointment with my experience with Aldo Davico. As a veteran who served our country, it was disheartening to encounter such rudeness. It was clear that this realtor was not well-versed in dealing with VA loans, which is a critical requirement for veterans like myself. Instead of assistance, our realtor and us were met with impatience and a lack of empathy. Moreover, his demeanor was very unprofessional. I've experienced more courtesy and respect from strangers than I did from this individual. When we tried to voice our concerns, the realtor was dismissive and showed blatant disrespect. Instead of addressing our inquiries, he instead hung up the phone. It's a shame that someone in such a position, who has the ability to make the home buying process smoother for veterans, chooses instead to add to the stress and complexity. I believe a realtor should be a facilitator, not a barrier. This realtor's behavior and views were not only offensive, but they were also detrimental to the home buying process. It is my hope that others, especially my fellow veterans, do not have to experience such unprofessionalism. I urge potential clients, veterans in particular, to think twice before engaging with this realtor. There are many other realtors who value the sacrifices veterans have made and would be more than willing to help.

Also was wonderful to work with. He helped us find our perfect rental home. He answered all questions and was there to help us every step of the way. He has continued to help with any and all questions we have as tenants.
