With no real equivalent comps for our home, Jackie really went the extra mile and spent the time putting together comps for our file, researching features and neighboring town sales and it came in at target value! Review Jackie was the best! I knew I wanted to work with her because she is strategic and helps buyers with her outside of the box thinking and she did that and more for us. My fiance and I had a number of different towns we were interested in living in and Jackie did a phenomenal job monitoring this widespread geographical area. She helped guide us as first-time home buyers figuring out what our priorities were. She never pushed houses we weren't interested in but was extremely supportive when we were all in on one. After 9 months of searching, Jackie helped us find our dream home in a city we never thought we would be able to afford. She quickly helped us craft a strong offer and even used her connections in the industry to gain more insight into the neighborhood. After the appraisal came back, she went above and beyond to research other comps and ultimately was successful in requesting the property be reappraised to help lower the appraisal gap. This is something that is very rare in the industry but just goes to show how committed to her clients she is. Jackie is someone who is not afraid to challenge the status quo and for that we are so thankful for all of her support. She abided by our desire to forego an open house and she accommodated our schedule when we needed to have face to face meetings. She was always available, quick to respond to questions and very helpful when issues arose during the selling process. The day before our closing there were issues with utility statements needed for the closing and she dealt with them so our closing was not delayed and all the necessary paperwork was available and correct.

She has great knowledge of local pricing trends and we got so many offers within two days of the property being listed we were able to accept a generous one by the end of that weekend.
