ZillowVERIFIEDJackie was a huge help for us when buying our house. She worked with us over a period of a couple years periodically checking in to gauge where we were at in our process. She helped us navigate negotiating with an unfriendly seller, and helped us understand that they were being unusually difficult. We ended up retracting our offer. Eventually we found another home we really liked and the inspection report revealed a lot of things that needed to be addressed. She helped us craft a really strong offer that got accepted and navigated us through the addendums to get the most we could while acting in good faith. She also bought us a home warranty once we closed to help cover some appliance issues so that we could negotiate better on inspection items.
ZillowVERIFIEDJackie was fantastic to work with. She was responsive, honest, and knowledgeable! My home sold quickly and it was a relatively painless process. I appreciated all of the communication and support.
ZillowVERIFIEDJackie truly is a caring person. She took the time and guided me through every step of purchasing my first home. She knew exactly what I was looking for and was available to show me many different homes until I found the right one. She is quick to respond and follow up with me. I am so grateful to have Jackie by my side throughout the whole process.
ZillowVERIFIEDJackie did such an excellent job in helping through the home buying process. Her communication skills provided a lot of ease for someone like me who is easily stressed out. Because of her I was able to get a good price on an incredible house that checked all my boxes. She assisted with me getting bids for the work needed to be done on the property. She sat during the inspection to make sure it was thoroughly done. I felt so comfortable signing documents because Jackie went through them with me line by line and explained any questions I had. Couldnt have had a better buyers agent.

ZillowVERIFIEDJackie provided an extremely positive experience when home buying. She was always super friendly the entire time. She was also very assertive and fought for me with other parties involved in the real estate transaction when it was needed. I dont know how the experience could have been any better for me and my family. I am so thankful and grateful that I found her. There really is good people left in the world. She was just what I needed during this home buying time. Overall I could not recommend her highly enough.
