ZillowVERIFIED Absolutely outstanding job was done by Jackie Leonhard. We never met and was able to do everything over the phone, text, email. We lived out of town so it was difficult to get up there to our cabin. She made everything effortless and it sold quickly. Great price, great enthusiasm, great working with her.

ZillowVERIFIED Excellent experience in both buying and selling our Wisconsin Cabin. We had an excellent experience working with Jackie at Northwoods Community Realty. Jackie's knowledge, professionalism, and honesty gave us complete confidence throughout the buying and selling process. Jackie was never afraid to tell us how she truly felt about a property, and she helped keep us from buying something she knew we would not be happy with long-term. Jackie also went above and beyond in helping us sell our cabin during a very difficult circumstance. It was not an easy situation, but she guided us through every step with patience, compassion, and steady advice. She understood the emotional and practical challenges involved and worked hard to make the process as smooth as possible. We always felt protected, informed, and supported. Her excellent service, market knowledge, and straightforward honesty made a stressful situation much easier. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and caring realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Jackie and her team were amazing to work with. They were very fast and efficient and straight forward with answers to our many questions. Buying a lake home has been a 4-5 year search for us and we are grateful they brought that search to an end.

ZillowVERIFIED Jackie went to bat behind the scene with myself being a young 20 yr old. Cheyenne did a super great job, she was my realtor since I was buyer. They were helpful when I needed to change lenders due to my pre-approval not being approved with 20% down and a credit score in the low 700s. Their knowledge of the local banks and a quick response allowed us to get our pre approval letter to the seller on time. If it wasnt for that first step detail, I would have lost my opportunity. Iam are extremely happy with how it went. They even contacted the HUD office to ensure I was on tract to completed the needed counseling being a first time home owner.

ZillowVERIFIED Jackie was very professional and has a vast amount of knowledge. The process went relatively smooth and Jackie was professional and was able to answer any questions we had during the process. We had many offers that would not qualify for financing and she verified that prior to us responding so we did not accept any offers that would delay the process and possibly fall through. She helped us navigate through the offers that were presented to us to help us accept the best offer for our home.

ZillowVERIFIED We highly recommend Jackie! Very professional and a real solid real estate agent. We asked Jackie about a commercial building that wasn't even on the market and she was able to contact the owner and negotiate an amazing price for us to purchase. Then we found a home whereby there were two other offers and she told us exactly what terms we needed to offer to win the home. She was 100% correct and now we have the home and a commercial building for our businesses. As we continue to purchase more property Jackie will be our agent of choice in the Northwoods.

ZillowVERIFIED Jackie wasn't my first call when I was searching for an agent. But, after I spoke with her just open time, I felt that she was the type of dedicated individual who would stop at nothing to make sure her client was happy. I was not wrong. Her skills as a Realtor are second to none, but what truly makes Jackie stand out is the dedication she has to make sure she does absolutely everything in her power to get her clients what the desire. She also keeps them from making poor decisions and offers contrarian viewpoints with her local knowledge of the area to help you as a client work through all of the options. Jackie isn't going to help you buy the property she wants to sell most. She is going to help you get the property you most desire. This separates the A players from the B players in my book. We worked on a sale that took nearly 8 months to complete from start to finish. Her turn-around on offers was lightning fast and I really liked her paperwork system which includes all the digital signing processes that are so convenient. She knows every road, back corner, mosquito haven and ideal overlook in the entire area and she doesn't mind sharing her opinion. I'm a reasonably demanding client, I have been told, but Jackie did not miss. She delivered as promised, exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED When my wife and I decided to sell our previous home, we chose Jackie as our realtor. She looked the home over and told us what we could expect to get. When she sold the home, it ended up being exactly the number that she had quoted us. She had skillfully negotiated that price from quite a low initial offer. We were very pleased. I would highly recommend her for any real estate transactions.

ZillowVERIFIED Jackie was an excellent Realtor to work with. My fiance and I were new to the area and starting new positions and looking for a house. Jackie was very knowledgeable and was and honest with us about every aspect of the process. Since this was our first house buying experience I think it would have been very easy for someone to exploit that, but she was very candid and walked us through the entire process. She was available what seemed like 24/7 showing us houses later in the evening, meeting with us over the weekend and answering our emails and texts very punctually. I would highly recommend Northwoods Community Realty and Jackie Leonhard to anyone looking to buy a house or property in the area. She worked very hard for us and always kept our best interests in mind.

ZillowVERIFIED It took some time to sell our property because it was on an island but Jackie stayed with us until it was sold. I think the buyer was very happy working with Jackie. Our sale was three years ago and the buyers still write to us to tell us how happy they are with the place. This would not be happening if Jackie had not done such a good job.
