Deonn listened closely to what we were looking for and did an excellent job of bringing options to us. We bought a lake property that had some unexpected issues, but Deonn navigated us through so that we managed to close within a month of first contacting her. She was incredibly responsive to emails, texts, and phone calls - even though she had a family tragedy during the time frame. She was honest, candid, and professional, and amazingly personable. She also has the patience of a saint.... I will be the first to say that I peppered her with questions and requests and she promptly (and most graciously) responded to each one. Deonn spent as much time as we needed, searching though all the listings that might fit our needs and then spending several days setting appointments and showing us what she found, and on our time schedule. We weren't sure exactly what we wanted and she helped us narrow down the field to fit our needs. Everything she did revolved around what we wanted, not what was easiest or had the best commissions. We negotiated the price down and she worked hard as our advocate to get the price we had hoped. And even after we bought the house she helped us with checking on things when we were out of town.
