She was extremely responsive and offered great suggestions for homes to view based on what I was looking for. She was patient and willing to show me property options until I felt confident in my selection. She walked me through every step of the way. Jackie is hard working, honest and passionate about her job as well as the welfare of her clients. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!

ZillowVERIFIED A friend recommended Jackie after we looked at a home in North Topsail. My impulse was to make an offer, but we wanted someone with local knowledge and experience to work with. We got that and a whole lot more. She knows good from poor construction when she sees it, and she knows the market. When she looked at the house she pointed out several significant problems that would turn into major projects that were not previously obvious to us. I think it is safe to say that she was not a fan. Within a day she found a house a few doors down that was just entering the market and in fact had not been advertised yet. It was ideal for us, immaculately maintained and move in ready. Jackie walked us through the offer, negotiations, inspections and worked closely with my lender to move things through smoothly. I feel very fortunate that Jackie was my agent. She saved me from making a big ill advised decision on the wrong house and found me the right one. I'd recommend her to anyone looking for an agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Jackie handled the process of selling my house from beginning to end with dedication. Considering the circumstances surrounding the sale (a hurricane, home repairs, keeping everyone and everything moving forward), I don't believe any other realtor could have navigated the same hurdles. If Jackie can sell a beach house after a storm while repairs are ongoing, she can sell any house. She was responsive, reliable, and great to work with - I can't recommend her more highly. Her guidance regarding staging, pricing, and negotiating proved to be effective! If I ever buy (or sell) on the coast again, she is the only realtor I will work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Jackie listed a townhouse for sale in April, 2016 while I had renters in place. Pictures were taken and the online description was published. After the renters moved out, Jackie redid the pictures which gave a better impression of the place. There were lots of showings, some repeats, and a few offers. With each offer, Jackie gave me good advice and even answered my questions before I asked them! Some offers were too low and Jackie knew how to present my counter offers to keep dialogue going. One of those potentiel buyers did come back a secod time, but we still couldn't agree. Jackie kept in touch by phone and email and guided me with sale's price adjustments and give and takes to the purchase contract to a sucessful sale in October. Her response time to inquiries was next to immediate. If she was out of the office, she replied she would get back to me as soon as she could. Her demeanor was upbeat, positive, calm, and reassuring. Truly professional through out this process.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife & I lived 5hrs. away from Surf City NC., and where looking for a home in that area. Jackie spent 2 days with us showing us the area and several homes in our budget. A couple of days after we returned home, she called us and had located a Foreclosed Home in Surf City. We were reluctant to look into a Foreclosure because we were unfamiliar with the process. Jackie dove into the Foreclosing Bank's requirements and thoroughly educated us on all the details and expectations. We were so confident in Jackie's abilities, she began the electronic bidding process and kept us informed every step of the way. The Seller required the Sale to be Closed by the end of the year, and Jackie even networked and coordinated our Lender and Closing Attny to schedule the Closing on New Years Eve Day, to meet all requirements! She is extremely diligent and professional. She went above and beyond our expectations to save us from making several 10hr drive round trips back and forth to sign documents, inspections, survey, etc. It was a pleasure working with Jackie and would highly recommend her for any and all Real Estate needs!!
