ZillowVERIFIEDWe could not have been more pleased with Jackie's service. My wife and I met her when she was showing us a home for a relative and within a few minutes had identified another listing that turned out to be perfect for our needs. Jackie went out of her way to get us a quick showing and helped us put together an immediate offer that was quickly accepted. Even after we were under contract, Jackie continued to go out of her way to help us identify service providers and navigate the complexities of moving to a new neighborhood. Her knowledge of the market and mastery of the process was unsurpassed in our experience. We closed within two week without a hitch. Jackie is truly committed to client service. We would gladly use her again and would recommend her to family and friends without reservation. Most importantly, she has an engaging personality and a warm and friendly demeanor that immediately put us at ease, and we have become genuine friends through the process. We can't thank her enough for her skill and professionalism.

ZillowVERIFIED Jackie was a life saver. She was exactly what we needed to sell our house in a hurry. She went above and beyond in helping us empty the house, arrange for contractors and making sure we did everything we needed to do to sell our elderly parent's home. Jackie's hard work resulted in a sale the first day the house was listed. I highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED Jackie is an excellent agent who put out needs first and very prompt/responsible and responsive during every steps in the selling and buying. Jackie helped us purchase a house in Marshall, Va in 2019 and we were so satisfied with her that we recently (12/2025)asked her help us sell our house in Marshall and buy a new one in Haymarket, Va. She was able to sell and buy and close on both house within a month. We couldnt have done it without Jackies help!

ZillowVERIFIED Jackie was born to work in real estate and is so wonderful to work with. Jackie sat down with my husband and I at our first meeting and was very thorough about the process of selling our home and what she offered. I have used many realtors in my life and never had one go above and beyond, like Jackie did. After she guided us through home prep, she brought in her own decor to help stage our home. She advertised ahead with aEURoecoming soonaEUR? and was very communicative with every step of the process. She did so well that we got an amazing offer OVER asking price on day one that our sale went live. We accepted the offer and closed in less than a month. She negotiated so well and we even got a rent back weekend free to wait on our movers availability. Jackie is very knowledgeable about the area and helped us every step of the way. She even collected boxes for moving and brought them to us. She goes above and beyond and I highly recommend her for buying or selling. She will not disappoint!

ZillowVERIFIED Jackie was amazing! Anyone that reads this should understand that when I say "She was amazing", it is heartfelt and 100% honest. She managed the sale of the property from start to finish! Beginning with as a physical assessment of the property and appropriate Comps to recent property sales and listings. Once we agreed on a listing price, she ran the entire show. Things to describe her and her support are Professional, Far-Reaching, and Punctual. Skills are Experienced, Knowledgeable, Communication is impeccable, and Coordination was 2nd to none. Her contacts in the industry are endless. She managed every aspect of the sale from the Open House to the required inspections and necessary maintenance and repairs. By the way, I received full asking price! Jackie was (and will forever be "Amazing" in my opinion. If you don't find her when you are in the market, it would be a huge mistake.

ZillowVERIFIED Jackie was absolutely great to work with. She arrived already knowing the value of my home in its surroundings which showed me she did her homework. She staged my home perfectly using my own furniture and took professional pictures. She's prompt, on-time, honest and knows the market. I would highly recommend Jackie to anyone who need to sell or buy a home. I received several offers & some cash offers with 48hrs of opening my home for viewing and accepted/closed in less than 30days of placing my home on the market. If your seeking someone who responds to your text. ZillowVERIFIED Jackie was amazing. Upon meeting her I could tell she was the realtor that would go above and beyond. And she did. I had some things I wanted to know from title company regarding document/name, but since I had no time, I just asked them to remove my name. Jackie, without hesitating found out more in my behalf and let me know that my name was on title and all was good! I appreciated thataEUR| and much more. I am very pleased with her service and how quick she is to reply, in this market you need someone who will give you good strategy and will fight for you.

ZillowVERIFIED Jackie guided us very professionally through every part of the process of preparing our house before listing. Her decorating skills were also very helpful before a beautiful video was made of our home. The result was that our home sold for a much higher amount than we had expected, though by a different agent. Jackie is enthusiastic, confidant, knowledgeable and honest. She is simply the best!

ZillowVERIFIED My boyfriend and I found Jackie on Zillow after being put through the ringer with other agents and lenders. For a 22 year old First time homebuyer Jackie and Jason were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the process. The market right now is truly crazy but Jackie navigates it quite well. During the process Jackie was always available to answer questions and make sure everything was running smoothly, she is quite reputable and knows the ins and outs to the whole process extremely well. Not to mention she is serious so funny and has some really good ideas when it comes to home improvement!

She was also very communicative and honest in all aspects from pricing, staging, to offers. She was always available via phone, email, or text and able to accommodate our unique work schedule.
