ZillowVERIFIEDIf youre looking for one of the best real estate agents in the Los Angeles area (and beyond!), you need to stop your search right here and call Jack. Im not even much of a review writer, but I couldnt wait to write this one. As a buyer in the Los Angeles area, working with Jack was the best thing that could have happened to me in this process. Hes articulate, efficient, communicative, and truly passionate about his clients. Jack spent just over 2 years with my husband and me (both very type-A and extremely picky) to find the perfect home in a niche market (DTLA). As long as he remains in the industry, I will not be calling anyone else. Ive already shared his contact to so many friends and family, and now with you! Youre welcome.

ZillowVERIFIED Buying a home is always stressful and especially in the midst of a global pandemic and a super competitive marketplace. Jack Dagher and Harma Hartouni were instrumental in guiding us through the process. Not only was Jack patient with us as we were really picky about the kind of home we wanted, but he was also always available to answer our questions. He was really honest with us when he thought a property wasnt for us. We really felt that he was always on our side. And when he couldnt make it to an open house, Jaime Rangel was always there chasing agents to get appointments and be there with us for a walk through. After months of looking, we finally had an offer accepted in our ideal city of Woodland Hills. Our offer was quickly accepted but the real work started then. We found some issues in the inspection and they successfully helped us negotiate the deal so that we got a credit back to cover the costs. Highly recommend this team.

ZillowVERIFIED What can I say about Jack Dagher? Hes amazing, thats what! You dont often find guys like him these days. He makes aEURoecustomer serviceaEUR? the center of his business, and thats not just lip service. Its 100% true. He backs it up with his actions and I'm here writing this review (which I never do) because of his amazing performance during my familys search for our beautiful new home in Woodland Hills. Let me tell you about Jack from a personal perspective... hes attentive, always on time, understanding, supportive and always, always brings you a smile and a cup of coffee, especially when you need them the most. From a business perspective, Jacks all aces too! Hes the pit bull you need when its time to fight for a house you really love. Trust me, this happened to us and Jack got us the house we wanted. He has laser sharp focus and attention to detail, as well as an absolutely incredible, high-energy, never-ending hustle... something I feel is sorely missing from the new blood thats working their way up the ladder in the dog-eat-dog real estate world of Los Angeles. My wife and I often wondered if he ever took time to sleep. So after several months of painstakingly searching for our dream house, with Jack patiently holding our hands all the way, I can say with all sincerity, Jack Dagher is incredible. And... hes going to run this town someday. I would enthusiastically recommend Jack Dagher to anyone who needs to buy real estate in Los Angeles. He wont let you down.

Jack was very professional, and always there when needed, since we started looking for a house. He was pleasant to work with. Jack never held back on giving us advice when needed in our long process. ZillowVERIFIED After our mother died we were unsure about whether we should sell or rent her condo. I saw Jack at an open house for another condo in her complex and was impressed by his professionalism and with the speed in which he was able to sell that unit so I contacted him. His advice was solid and we decided to sell. He was able to sell it very quickly above list for a price higher than we anticipated and he marshaled the process through to conclusion efficiently and without any inconvenience to us. I have been a lawyer for over 40 years and am a licensed broker and was very impressed by Jack - I could have asked for no better nor more respectful representative; I highly recommend him to all. ZillowVERIFIED I have purchased a home in the past, and it was a difficult experience. With Jack as our agent everything moved so smoothly! My first call to him was returned within seconds, then he sat down with me and my wife and explained everything so we could narrow down our search. He showed us a lot of pleasant properties and finally found us our house! We closed escrow in just 3 months from the first day we started working with Jack! He found us the exact house we had described to him during our first meeting and its in the perfect neighborhood. His responses are immediate, he is respectful and honest. His recommendations and honesty on other properties we saw were greatly helpful. He is always on time and super courteous to everyone and his knowledge on real-estate is very impressive! He also put us in touch with a great loan officer and a contractor that so far has prices that are unbeatable with amazing quality of work. I hope to continue working with Jack for all our future real-estate needs. If you want to work with a dedicated, driven, and passionate individual Jack Dagher is your guy!!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I had the most smoothest experience in purchasing our new home with Jack Dagher. We have had horrible experiences in the past with other realtors, but Jack just made the transaction so smooth and less stressful. We have never seen an individual who works around the clock 24 hours a day to help his clients buy their first home (literally Jack emailed us our docs Sunday morning at 3am! ). I don't think anyone can beat Jack in the real estate game. My money is on him!

ZillowVERIFIED Jack was our primary contact in purchasing our first home! Throughout the process, we felt that Jack really listened to us and communicated clearly with us. Jack was able to draw on his considerable expertise to give excellent, thoughtful advice at every turn. We really appreciated the personal touch and care that was taken, which made a very scary process into one that we felt good about from start to finish. We would have never imagined that we could get our ideal home on our first offer while still staying within our budget! We will be using Jack with any future purchase!

ZillowVERIFIED Enthusiastic, dedicated, positive and full of energy! These are a few words that come to mind about Jack. If you need a go-getter and have been searching the market for awhile without results, Jack is definitely the person to turn to. We had been searching for over 4 years and were disheartened by our results and our turned down offers. Turning to Jack, we found new areas to look, new listings to consider and he always had his research ready. He never missed a phone call and was always available when we needed him. I've recommended him to my closest friends and family who are all impressed.

ZillowVERIFIED Jack was our agent both as buyers and then again as sellers. Jack was amazingly responsive, worked around our crazy schedule, was kind to all of our family members. He helped to guide our choices while really listening to us. When he helped us sell the first property we bought with him, he got us far more than what we thought was possible and was a smart but still respectful negotiator. He made the process so easy for us. And additionally he had an amazing contractor recommendation to help us make our new home into the absolute home of our dreams. Highly recommend Jack and his team for their knowledge, professionalism, and excellent service. He will be our go to agen for all future transactions.

ZillowVERIFIED We've been through two transactions with Jack within the past three years. He is the best in the business. He got us multiple offers above listing price, and was extremely smart in securing us the best deal. His go-to-market plan was simple, organized, and effective. He is incredibly responsive in all communications and kind, enthusiastic, and respectful in everything he does. We bought our town home through Jack three years ago, and when it came time to sell, there was no question we went to Jack again. Jack will be our agent as long as he'll have us. For anyone in Los Angeles, you can do no better than Jack Dagher as your agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Jack is an outstanding agent. He guided us, patiently, through the entire process of selling our condo. He was present for every showing and inspection, even when we were unavailable. He will forever be our go to agent, and on a personal note, our toddler likes him, which is always a good sign.

ZillowVERIFIED Everyone says double transactions can be tough and difficult, but Jack helped us through both with flying colors. Jack represented us as sellers in a condo sale, and buyers in a house buy. It was a bit of a complicated process due to the nature of a double transaction; the goal of which was to close within days of each other with the most beneficial results to us and the least amount of headache. Jack timed it right, coordinated the whole process with the 2 escrows, the lender, the other agent, and everyone else in between. He was patient with us, walked us through each step of the way. He worked well with a lender we picked ourselves, maneuvered through tricky waters with an unpredictable original buyer and a difficult seller. We felt that Jack zealously represented our interests and helped us achieve our goals. We felt that he who took care of us like family. He is consummate professional, highly responsive, and a proven deal-closer. We recommend Jack to anyone who wants it done right. We are indeed very happy with the results, and so in love with our home. Thank you Jack!
