About Jack and April Potts

Hi, I'm Jack, and together with my wife, April, we are The Potts Team. April is an award-winning realtor with eight years of experience. Since starting her career, she has helped over 170 families sell and buy homes! Her upbeat personality and dedication to providing top-notch customer service are truly inspiring. I served in the U.S. military for nearly ten years, where I developed discipline and persistence. After my military service, I worked for the U.S. Postal Service, which taught me the importance of listening and delivering exceptional customer service. April and I have been married for 29 wonderful years, and we decided to combine our skills and form The Potts Team in 2022. We've lived in the Columbus, GA area since 1996 and have built deep roots in the community. Together, we have four children, a German Shepherd named Sasha, and an American Staffordshire Bull Terrier puppy named Simba. Over the years, we've owned several properties and completed flips, giving us a unique perspective and an investor mindset that we bring to every real estate transaction. We truly believe that homeownership is for everyone. April and I are committed to continually improving our knowledge of real estate, negotiation tactics, digital marketing, and more. The Potts team are awesome! Jack and April went above and beyond with helping me sell my parents house! They were so in touch with me on every little detail! I'm grateful for all their help! So I started with a website that provides realtors, and Jack & April were sent to me. I started back in mid January I believe, and started to look at houses with Jack & April. They listened to what I was looking for in a house needing certain things that were a priority for me. At first I was concerned being I was moving from one state to another. I thought I would have to fly out and see the houses, but after building a solid communication with them I had no worries the character of Jack & April. They set my worries at ease and especially me being a 1st time home buyer. Jack took great videos of the houses and they always did their homework. They treat you like family, like a mom and pop business, which is hard to come by these days. I have know doubt, that you will be in good hands. And they don't just sell you a house they also still go above and beyond even after the sell they make sure you can always reach out to them. Can't ask for better realtors in my opinion.
