ZillowVERIFIED We had an exceptional experience working with Ivy and team member Aaliyah. They helped us sell our home and buy another in record time. Their communication was incredibly responsive and clear, keeping us informed at every step of the process, from initial inquiries to closing. Ivy and her team had market knowledge, helping us to understand the local dynamics and make informed decisions. During the offer phase, Ivy's negotiation skills were impressive and helped us to secure deals below asking price. We were under time restraints. Ivy stayed on top of us and all parties to ensure that we didn't delay and she fights for her clients. She even recommended other professionals (inspectors etc.) that helped us along the way. We couldn't be happier with the results. We would highly recommend Ivy D Sears to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reliable agent. After working with Ivy and her team, I can understand the overwhelmingly positive reviews that I have read about before hiring her. We experienced it for ourselves. You won't be disappointed in choosing her.

ZillowVERIFIED Ivy has personally helped to purchase and sell my home. She knows what she is doing and is patient enough to walk even this old bear through the process. If you need to contact her she or her associates respond quickly. She always tries to get the best price when buying and selling. Having someone who loves what they're doing on your side is always a blessing. When I return to the Metro Atlanta area I'll be using Ivy again.

ZillowVERIFIED I used Ivy to purchase my first home and to sell that very home. The experience was priceless and smooth with the expected hurdles in the present market. The closing for the sell went well and now awaiting the final construction of the new home. Ivy is a professional and dependable but her knowledge and expertise is in a class by itself.

ZillowVERIFIED Ivy was key to my home buying process being as smooth as it was. My goal was to sell my previous home but with no experience, I had no idea where to start. Ivy set the tone by finding comps in my area to pinpoint a good "for sale" price and walked me through what to expect. Within 1 day, she had a cash offer on the table for me which provided immense amounts of security for the purchase of my new home. As my wife and I pushed towards finding our new home, Ivy provided multiple options that addressed the needs of our expanding family. She was also very resourceful when identifying the best lender for our buying scenario and pushed hard to get us answers that we could not uncover on our own. She even stood up for us when pricing elements felt "unfair"! With Ivy, buying a home is like autopilot. Thank you for such an amazing experience!

You will not regret choosing Ms. Milton as your realtor. She was successfully able to list and sell our former home and assist us purchasing our brand new construction home. I 100%, wholeheartedly endorse Ms. Milton and Ivy League Realty.

ZillowVERIFIED From the very start she was showed that she was here for my best interest. At the beginning I felt like I wouldn't be able to go through with it process of buying and selling at the same time. She stepped in and incouraged me to keep going and gave the motivation to keep going. As she worked with me the process became easier. She discussed my options and any changes as they occurred. By doing this it allowed me to make the decisions that I felt best fitted my needs. I love the fact that she never talked over my head but in a way that I fully understood what she was saying and she'd explain why she said it. Buying and selling a house is stressful enough but Kristy put a lot of fun in it as well.

ZillowVERIFIED "Ivy Sears is an asset to Henry County, and the surrounding counties. She has demonstrated a clear desire to excel in the "Real Estate" industry. It is apparent through her membership affiliation with the many Real Estate Agencies. Ivy Sears always focuses on the intricacies of Real Estate throughout the community perspectives and shows a desire to continue to be involved in the market with the continuous changes in real estate, which is evident by the many transactions in which she has sold. Ivy Sears is a true leader and works effectively in accommodating those she serve. She is dedicated, consistent, and passionate about the Real Estate. I was impressed with her attention to detail, creative solutions to problems, and tenacity. She truly cares about her clients, and will go far and beyond what is expected. Ivy Sears valiant effort has changed our lives! We truly could have never done it without her and her guidance. She is the Best! That is why "Thank You" is not enough for the incredible amount of effort she put into our home search and sale. With her radiant eye of staging our home to place on the market, we were able to have an offer within three days. That was Awesome! Then she was able to negotiate the purchase of our new dream home. She continually went above and beyond the call of duty and exceeded ALL expectations that I had in an agent. I've been most impressed with her work; but, must say I'm more thankful to have her as a NEW FRIEND. I look very much forward to eagerly and emphatically recommending Ivy Sears to any potential home buyer or seller. Frederick & Audrey

ZillowVERIFIED Ivy and her trainee Kristy got me the house of my dreams in no time! I messages Ivy on Zillow and she contacted me right away. Put together a list of houses that matched my wish list and had me out looking the next day. I thought I had a couple houses I liked picked out but she found me one that day that knocked them out of the water. She negotiated the price down and got me everything in the contract I asked for. She went to bat for me at every turn and even at 9pm on a Sunday night worked to get everything done so we could close on time. Would highly recommend her and her team!!

ZillowVERIFIED Miss Ivy changed my life! Buying a home 25 is very intimidating and she brought me out of the experience feeling like a pro:)! Being so young, I had no idea about homes, let alone purchasing one. Not only was she patient with me, she allowed me to call under times of pressure when I felt overwhelmed. I will never forget the comfort she gave me a few days before closing and I wanted to give up. Her professionalism, poise, experience, and her proactiveness are all characteristics you would be silly to pass on when searching for an agent. CALL HER TODAY! Thank you Miss Ivy!
