ZillowVERIFIED Iva Pearce is a strong asset to the real estate community. She helped us purchase a new home in Crestview, Florida while we were living in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The purchase and all associated transactions went smoothly as Iva communicated and helped us understand the process through every step of the journey. Iva asked questions that we did not even know to ask. Iva is professional and had the knowledge necessary to make this whole thing come together. We soeke with while we were still in Oklahoma and she had the perfect houses ready for us to view when we came to Florida the first time. This was crucial because our time in Florida was limited. She did her homework and led us in the right direction. Once we had chosen the house we wanted, we returned to Oklahoma and Iva communicated with us as to the progress being made and the process ahead. Once we returned to Florida, Iva had everything ready to go so that we could relax and ease into our new home. I highly recommend Iva to everyone needing a real estate agent. She makes the process seamless and is professional all along the way.

ZillowVERIFIED Iva went above and beyond to help me with getting my dream home. While I was about to give up, Iva recommended I provided a list of neighbors and/or street addresses where I would like to purchase a home so that she could do more research and help me find a list of houses before they were out in the market. Also. She was very responsive. As soon as I would say I like such house lets put an offer, she would prepare the offer and got me going. We were very aggressive with our purchase strategies since the housing market was really competitive.

ZillowVERIFIED About three years ago we started our search for a condo in the panhandle/emerald coast of Florida. We knew NOTHING about the area and reached out to many realtors, being honest, and letting them know that it would probably be a year before we purchased. We wanted to set the right expectation as we too are in sales and understand false advertising lol. With that said, Iva was the ONLY realtor to respond out of twenty, yes, twenty that I contacted. Others told us to reach out as our purchase grew closer. How can you purchase without viewing the area? With that said, our daughter and I flew in on a Friday in August and Iva was kind enough to spend her entire Saturday with us, knowing full well we weren't there to buy. Flash forward three years later and we've purchased three homes with Iva. She is fantastic. She fights for you and insists on doing everything on the up and up. You will not be unhappy working with Iva as she always has her client's best interest in mind. We call her our Super-Agent and you will as well. Hire her!

ZillowVERIFIED I put mu condo in the market in 2018 under 2 different realtors and was not sold 16 months. Iva just called me in early March 2020 when I was coming out of Gym. I was not in mood to talk to her but she made me talking to her. I told her that I will call you back. I reached home and found a message on my cell phone. I called her back and told her that I am ready to sign the contract with her. March 25th, 2020 my house was sold at the price I was looking for and closed on May 8th, 2020. Great job Martha. Thanks a million.

ZillowVERIFIED Iva found us as we were becoming discouraged with finding our dream retirement home. We had looked all along the Emerald Coast; considering existing homes, condos, and new construction. Iva listened very attentively as we described what we were looking for; she paid attention to detail. After looking at a couple of houses, Iva led us to our perfect home that has amenities beyond our dreams. Iva negotiated the details of purchase with professionalism and charm. She is not only our realtor, she has become our friend!

ZillowVERIFIED Ms Pearce is very professional. She listens to your ideas and suggestions and also presents her own. Her advertising skills are impressive using a professional photographer while personally staging your home. She is motivated, persistent and displays excellent marketing skills in her open houses. She keeps you informed as to how things are progressing, passes on feedback, and assists in negotiations and closing. Eva Pearce presented 3 contracts to us in less than two weeks and we were closed in 30 days. The results speak for themselves.

ZillowVERIFIED Iva Pearce is an amazing realtor, from the day that we chose her to sell our home through our closing. She went above and beyond what we could have wanted in a realtor. Her amazing work ethic and excellent guidance were a real gift to us. She promptly answered any questions that came up. She helped us prepare our home and held open houses to bring in buyers. She has a real eye for decluttering and arranging your home to look it's best. She had a professional photographer take our home's pictures and it showed. They looked gorgeous. We would highly recommend Iva Pearce to anyone considering buying or selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Words can't express how great my experience was with Iva! I was sure that my situation was going to be difficult to deal with since I was buying my house in Crestview and I was still living in California at the time ..I had such a short dead line to get things done and being across the country felt like it was going to be impossible to do. I gotta tell you Iva made the whole process a BREEZE! she took care of all the little details and gave me such great tips on becoming a first time home buyer. I was fortunate enough to be able to fly out for a few days to meet her and see a few properties. She had such a great line up of listings to look at .she understood what I was looking for and sure enough we found the perfect place to call home! She had gone out of her way to make sure everything was going smooth and I diddnt worry about a thing! If I could rate her 10 stars I would! Thank you so much Iva for all you help and we love love love our house warming gift from you!

ZillowVERIFIED Iva helped us to buy our first home, with the program first time home buyers. She did an amazing job helping us to get everything together, to actually make our minds on what type of house do we want, and helped us to make that best decision to buy our dream house. She worked a lot with us showing us different types of houses in different locations, because we weren't sure where we want the house to be and what type of house we wanted. We are very thankful to Iva, for her hard work and enthusiasm. We recommend everyone we know to get Iva's help, because she is the person we really trust, we enjoyed very much working with her.
