ZillowVERIFIED I wanted to find out more about purchasing a home, and Karla, along with the Chavez Homes team, were very helpful in making sure I had all the information I needed. They were well-informed, knew a lot about the area I was searching in, and walked me through all the steps of what I needed to do such as getting pre-qualified for a loan. I appreciate Karla's attentiveness and her personable, non-pushy approach. Her team went out of the way over the weekend to walk me through the entire home-buying process at their office in Downtown Long Beach. I was apprehensive at first about searching for a home because I've had experiences before where agents were pushy and untrustworthy. I never felt that way with the Chavez Homes team. It turns out that I will need a little bit longer to comfortably afford the house I want, but I will reach out to Karla as soon as that happens.
