However, he offered help to see what I am exactly looking. I told him I am curious to visit couple of other condominiums and he immediately scheduled appointments. The following week, he sent me a reminder text, to confirm the appointment, he arrived at the property before me to make sure everything is ready for my visit, and during the entire 30 minutes tour, he was listening and answering to my questions patiently. I have noticed "building a trustful relationship with his clients" is very important for him. And I believe this makes him "a trustful realtor" comparing to others who just want to sell a property and get their commissions. Even if I was not planning to buy a condo immediately and I was just gathering information, he didn't ignore my request and tried to help. Thanks Mike for your help.

He never tried to over-sell me anything. Mr. Wolitski took into account all of my wants and needs and tirelessly searched and provided me with homes that would fit my budget. What stood out most to me was he was never "too busy" for me. Other realtors pushed me to the side because I wasn't looking in the "expensive" neighborhoods. Mike treated me just as importantly as someone looking to do just that. It was never too early or too late to communicate with him either. When it came to showings Mr. Wolitski worked around my availability. Sometimes this meant he would be up north of L.A. and drive all the way down to Orange County. I am not easily impressed, but Mike Wolitski is beyond impressive, not just as a realtor, but a human being. If you are looking for a fair, honest, dependable, hard-working realtor, Mike is the ONLY option.
