ZillowVERIFIED If youre moving to the MA/CT area, then I have the realtor for you! As first-time home buyers, my partner and I were nervous about selecting the right realtor for our needs. We spoke with a few different realtors then both agreed that Isadora Sarto seemed like the best choice. She is the greatest! It didnt matter what time of day or night we contacted her; She was so patient and charismatic from the get-go and was able to answer all of our questions with ease. We started the home buying process with her in mid-January and closed on our house in the beginning of March! Isadora exceeded our expectations and made home ownership a possibility for us. We cannot thank her enough!

Isadora Sarto made the selling of my longtime family home from three thousand miles away an easy experience. She instantly gained my trust with her promptness and professionalism. She graciously sent me sentimental antique glass doorknobs from the home. Isadora is a top notch professional , I would highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Following the successfully conclusion of our home sale process in South Hadley, MA, we cannot say enough good about our experience with seller agent Isadora Sarto! Throughout our complicated sale process, she provided expert, timely and accurate guidance to us. She called everything correctly! Every step of the way she kept us in the loop (excellent communicator) and was always responsive to and patient with our endless questions about the process! Isadora always respectfully considered our inputs and clearly made an effort to include them in the process, making us feel that our home sale experience was truly a "team effort" endeavor. At times, off-hour support was required, and Isadora was generous with her time and responsive to ensure that things continued to move forward during the entire process. We were happy and relieved to be able to take advantage of her strong network of service providers, which included some great recommendations for high quality/reasonably priced home improvement contractors, RE attorney and mover. Overall, Isadora's incredible support was the primary reason why our home sale experience was so fantastic! We highly recommend Isadora to anyone looking for a highly knowledgeable, respectful, realistic and friendly RE professional to guide them through their home purchase or sale process.

ZillowVERIFIED Isadora was available to answer all of my questions, no matter how trivial. As a first time home buyer, with little to no experience living in a suburb, her responses were invaluable. She was the picture of professionalism in a pandemic!

ZillowVERIFIED We were so thankful that friends recommended Isadora Sarto to us as we started the process of buying our first home. Working with Isadora was an absolute pleasure. She showed us a number of houses and helped us through the buying process. Her knowledge about real estate helped us navigate the process of buying our first home without many surprises. We managed to buy our first home earlier than expected after snow and ice storms through the winter, and the pandemic in the spring, and we owe that to Izzy and her hard work on our behalf!

ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Isadora to any prospective home buyers. Her dedication and work ethic that she commits to her clients is top notch. She is very knowledgeable and resourceful when it comes to all things real estate. She helped guide me and direct me through out my home buying process from beginning to end and I feel i couldn't have done it with out her. She is great to work with because she acts more like a team member working with the lenders/attorneys to get you in your house as opposed to just a real estate agent trying to make a sale. She is always focused on making sure that she is meeting your needs / requests and is extremely responsive. On top of that, she is a invaluable mentor and always willing to share her advise and experiences. Isadora is a superior real estate agent and I am very grateful to have had her guide me through this process. I look forward to working with her on future investments.

ZillowVERIFIED We met Isadora while helping our son sell his home, by owner. This wasn't our ideal scenario, selling by owner of course! However, she brought to us her clients to view his home they had seen on Zillow. She was very personable and helpful to both parties to ensure everyone was happy. Isadora is a very hard worker and went out of her way to make it happen. We are glad to have had her come along! We highly recommend her! 5 *s!

ZillowVERIFIED Isadora was there for us from the time my husband and I contacted her to the closing. She recommended a loan company that deals with veterans, took into consideration what we were looking for (a retirement home), and she walked us through each step. Both my husband and I fully recommend her to either new or experienced homebuyers.

ZillowVERIFIED Isadora Sarto went way above and beyond in helping us to find a wonderful home. While we were in Okinawa Japan, she went to the house that we were interested in, took video, gave us advise what to check on the house and we even video chat with her even though we had 11 hours time difference. Her professional friendly attitude made our house hunting smooth. With her help we knew we were going to find a wonderful home and we did.
