ZillowVERIFIED One of the best realtors in Atlanta. She not only helped us find exactly the home we were looking for but also helped us get the best deal and beat a cash offer in this market. Irina take care of many necessary details and does her due diligence. She is the realtor friend we all want in our lives who has the best interest in her heart for the people she works with. Thankful to have worked with her and found our dream home.

ZillowVERIFIED Irina is an excellent realtor! We relocated from New Jersey and Irina was instrumental in making the home searching smooth experience. When you buy home remotely there are a lot of underwater currents you need to navigate. Irina masterfully guided us through the home searching, giving us valuable information only locals would know. On one hand she was very honest, open and responsive during entire process. On the other hand her expertise and knowledge of home construction/repairs helped a lot in understanding the potential costs were going to face after the purchase. Throughout the process we were confident that Irina has our interests in mind. She has our trust we would definitely use her services again.

ZillowVERIFIED We are the first-time home buyers and Irina walked us through the process in much detail and was very responsive to all our questions and asks. She quickly understood our preferences and needs, patiently helped us to find the house matching our criteria and to win the offer, negotiated discount after an inspection of the house. She continued supporting us after closing the deal as it took us several month to relocate from another state. So, she was very helpful sharing local contacts and even coordinating contractors while we were out of state. We feel very comfortable recommending Irina to our friends.

ZillowVERIFIED What can I say but BRAVO! I have been a Realtor in MA for 16 years. I found Irina online. When we met Irina in person, I realized I made a very wise choice. She is very knowledgeable and direct. I thought because I was a Realtor, I would make it easy but I discovered I was a lot pickier than I thought. Coming from MA and moving to GA, there were many areas and neighborhoods my husband and I did not know. We had not purchased a home in many years, and even though Ive worked with many buyers, the perspective is very different when you are the buyer. Irina, treated us like we were first-time homebuyers, held our hands, and pointed things out that would be helpful to know. Needless to say, we found a beautiful home and we couldnt be happier about the smooth transaction it was. Irina kept us informed every step of the way! Purchasing a home is a big moment. It matters who you work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Our family purchased the house few month ago. Irina helped us to this way. We are so excited worked with her. She is very attentive and responsible realtor. All our wishes were taken into account. Irina found us our dream home and helped us buy it at a bargain price. She told all the pitfalls of the buying process and was able to negotiate a discount with the seller. We are very glad that we chose Irina Averyanov and KW as our realtor. We bought our dream home in a very short time and without nerves! I highly recommend Irina to those who are thinking about buying a house.

ZillowVERIFIED Simply put, Irina is the best realtor my wife and I have ever worked with. We relocated in 2019 just before the pandemic and bought a house with a different local realtor. Decided to upgrade from that house in 2021. We interviewed 7 realtors before deciding to go with Irina. Irina helped us sell our home in Roswell and purchase a new home in Alpharetta in 2021. She provided much guidance and support in selling our home for top dollar. We went under contract just hours after the listing went live. In fact we had to cancel the scheduled open house that weekend. As for our home purchase, Irina was very swift as we were the first people to tour the house. We beat out many other multiple offers with her exemplary knowledge of contract negotiation and her flawless ability to work with realtors on the other side. As a fellow mother with young kids, she understood our needs and worked with us on every aspect of buying and selling homes. Her dedication and work ethic is second to none. She will be our realtor as long as we are in the state of Georgia, and hopefully a friend for life!

ZillowVERIFIED Irina is absolutely an incredible, passionate and extremely knowledgeable realtor. She is amazing in negotiation, likeable but firm, and always has her clients best interest at heart. Whether wanting to spend millions or a whole lot less, she gives equal attention to all of her clients and makes sure you get exactly what you are looking for. Alpharetta, Milton, Cumming, Roswell, John?s Creek and even more - she truly helped us comb through each location, available home and found us the most perfect fit. From the first day to the last, I would never buy or sell a home with anyone else after my experience with Irina. Side note, she sold our home in less than 48 hours with over 10 offers several MUCH over asking while we were out of town. Pictures/video? Phenomenal. Advertising? Perfection. She is the real deal. THANK YOU SO MUCH, Irina!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I strongly recommend Irina as buyers? agent. My recommendation based on my successful house hunting in summer 2017. I provided Irina with my unique requirements. Using her company tool, she created my personal search site - very efficient one. This saved me a lot of time and energy. Also, she made very helpful comparison to convince seller that our counter offer is reasonable. And this worked! Allover our hunting, she was good strategist taking into account all available info about property and seller. Her way was honest and smart simultaneously. Her advantage is her real estate knowledge, availability well beyond working hours, accuracy, attention to details. And first of all buyer satisfaction.
