She called me instead asking if I can sell it for more potentially, and with confidence I replied, "I can definitely sell it for more!". Fast forward 30 days, I sold the property to a cash buyer for almost $150,000 more than what the off-market buyers were offering. I started working in property management during and after college, and became very fond of helping people find housing in a town I grew up in.
