ZillowVERIFIED Irena did a fantastic job helping us purchase our first home. We were casually browsing homes for several months until the perfect place popped up. She helped navigate through the pre-approval process, to putting in an offer, and to completion of purchasing the home. The market can be tricky with the purchasing a first home due to competition, but Irena went out of her way to be speedy with each step which is just what we needed to secure our home. She would always respond to any of our messages right away which made the whole process straightforward and smooth. We would definitely purchase another home with her in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Irena was an absolute pleasure. Two words come to mind: above and beyond. From the very beginning, she was knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. She was also incredibly responsive, which helped ease a lot of our stress throughout the process. Irena assisted us with a contingent purchase, which can be very stressful, but she was there every step of the wayaEUR"answering questions, addressing concerns, and helping us feel confident in our decisions. We had a million questions, and she never once made us feel like a burden. I have zero hesitation in saying she is truly one of the best realtors out there. We look forward to working with her again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Irena is fabulous to work with! She's super responsive, very knowledgeable, and was invaluable to me throughout my search and the final purchase of the perfect home for me. Irena was proactive with helpful suggestions and recommendations throughout my search and purchase process, providing specific reasons and research behind her guidance, which I really appreciated. But equally important, she listened closely to all my feedback and ideas, and encouraged me to make my own choices, with no pressure one way or another. Highly recommended!

ZillowVERIFIED Irena is an excellent realtor. At our first meeting she came prepared with a plan for selling our home. Irena is enthusiastic, assertive, and a hard worker. She communicated very well with us throughout the selling process. Our house had a full price offer within 9 hours of listing and the sale closed in under 1 month. We could not be happier with the outcome. We moved out of state the day our house was listed, but we felt very confident leaving our home in Irena's hands. We could not have asked for a better realtor or a better person to sell our home.

ZillowVERIFIED Irena went above and beyond with helping looking for a house. We would not have been able to get the property we wanted without her contacts and quick turn on information that was required

ZillowVERIFIED I hired Irena to help me buy a commercial building in Anacortes, and she did a fantastic job representing me in the transaction. She was able to lock down the property for almost $50,000 under asking price, which was a huge help. She was very patient throughout the entire transaction, even though it took a few months to close. I highly recommend working with someone like Irena who actually goes above and beyond for her clients.

ZillowVERIFIED Irena was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire buying process. I had purchased homes before, but I had never purchased vacant land, and Irena was very knowledgeable about the different steps involved in those transactions. Would definitely recommend Irena to anyone looking for a home or land in Whatcom county!
