ZillowVERIFIED She is the best! so knowledgeable about different areas in Atlanta, we are so happy with how the process went. I thought it was going to be so hard and she made it so easy. We asked to look at a house one late night and she made it happen the next day during our short lunch breaks. This happened multiple times with short notice. She also helped us negotiate for things we wanted and went above and beyond to make sure the roof was fixed by the previous owners (all these insurance hoops because of a certain type of shingle the roof was made of-long story). She basically did a bunch of extra homeowners insurance and shingle research for us that was not in her job description. She just went above and beyond overall.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Inna was a great experience! I was well aware of Inna's successes in helping purchase and sell homes so I knew she was the realtor for us. She spent a lot of time showing us what WE wanted to see while also sprinkling in her advice and experience in the area, with the builder, etc. I didn't feel pushed at any point and was happy that she was willing to show us all the options we liked and then provided a pros and cons for each staying very unbiased which was much needed by me and my fiance. Once we found the dream home, she was a fierce negotiator. My fiance would not purchase without getting what he considered a deal and Inna was able to go back and forth with the seller to appease his needs. In the end, we got a great home for the right price and couldn't have done it without Inna!
