ZillowVERIFIED We recently completed a cross-country move to Iowa and Ingrid was such a valuable resource for our family! We originally found her through reading great reviews online and based on our experience she's very deserving of all the praise. Our goal was to purchase two pre-existing homes next door to one another - which of course is a tough thing to do - but Ingrid made it happen (and quickly too). At one point in the offer negotiation process (after we'd received a verbal acceptance of our offer) we nearly lost the deal because a friend of the seller said they wanted to buy the home. Ingrid jumped into action and did everything in her power - including leveraging her clout - and was amazingly able to save the deal. Of course her positive attitude and friendly demeanor are nice - but knowing that she'll really go to bat for you if needed is even more important. We'd absolutely work with her again in the future.

Lucky for us, we had Ingrid's team to help us navigate through all of the challenges and arrive at a spot that is far better than what we could have imagined. As we began the process of looking for a realtor, one name kept coming up: Ingrid. Family, friends, and co-workers all had great things to say about her. We started with a meeting where we outlined our goals, time-frame, likes and dislikes, and walked away with a plan. She shared the pros and cons of different approaches, and we settled on a route that best fit our family and personal needs.Along the way, Ingrid's team kept in contact with us to answer questions and give encouragement with certain deadlines. Even when we wanted to try a different listing price, Ingrid was accommodating - yet her experience and expertise proved to be correct in the end. I know not every realtor brings a lot of "value" to the process, but Ingrid did. On the selling side, she helped us stage our home, pick the right time to list, find the right price (see above), and negotiate the offers we received. When it came time to buy, her connections allowed us to be the first showing at multiple competitive properties. With her guidance, we were able to structure creative and competitive offers where we could easily improve our position without overspending. Once the deals were done, Ingrid continued to follow up to make sure our interests were secure. She made sure our concerns were addressed with inspections, and provided valuable contacts along the way to help resolve any issues. When it came time to move, she even had a truck for us to use. Sitting here now, I have still been in contact with her in regards to questions we have. Ingrid didn't disappear when closing was complete. She genuinely cared about us and our experience.I am certain that if we did not work with Ingrid, we would have sold our home for less, and likely would not gotten the new home that we did. I don't plan on moving for a long time, but if I do my first call is to Ingrid.

ZillowVERIFIED Absolutely fantastic to work with. I was on a tight timeline to look and purchase. Ingrid lined up a full days worth of homes on very short notice so I could maximize the day. She included all I wanted to look at and several that she selected based on what she thought I would like. I actually ended up going with one that she had chosen. Where Ingrid's expertise really came in was working after the offer making sure everything went smoothly and that we hit our closing date. I was using an out of state lender and she anticipated and planned for the pitfalls she had seen before. She was also exemplary in communicating with the builder for punch list items, addendums for things that could not be completed for closing, and even rolling in the appliance purchases. Overall, I was extremely grateful I was able to work with Ingrid. You can look for days on zillow or any of the other sites but having that personal help really makes the difference in what you end up looking at and purchasing. I also heavily leaned on her for the paperwork and lender side of things. Her expertise and planning ensured everything went smooth. I would definitely use her again for my next move.
