At the time, we were living 4 hours away and came up about 5 different times over the course of a year. Each time, Ina was available, flexible to meet our schedule, and always suggested we look at a few more we hadn't first considered to compare pros and cons. She was not only infinitely patient, but also exceptionally personable, enthusiastic, and easily shared her vast knowledge of the valley and the real estate market. She has a vast professional network (mortgage broker, home insurance broker, home inspection, home appraisal) that she immediately set us up with once our offer had been accepted. They were all very professional and had competitive rates. Our "offer to closing" timeline spanned the Nov/Dec holidays and Ina was proactive in keeping everyone involved on track to be ready by the closing date (with success!)
