ZillowVERIFIEDIda is amazing! She helped us sell a home and buy a home. Were a military family and after years of keeping in touch with Ida it was time to finally work with her. While living in California she walked us through the process of preparing our Washington State home to sell. It needed work and she had a great list of contractors to reach out to so the home was ready to sell. Each contractor we talked to had nothing but great things to say about Ida and we always felt like we were in good hands. With her hard work and assistance from her team we sold our home very quickly. She was straight forward with us the whole time which we appreciated as we were out of state. She brings years of experience and a true love for her profession to work everyday. When it was time to buy a home in Kitsap County she went above and beyond with her team to get to every listing that popped up, they trekked through the woods for us to make sure the properties had what we were looking for, they were knowledgeable about the area, they knew what to look for at each property like high value items that could add to the cost of buying a home(roof failing, siding damage, window gaskets failing, etc). She helped us see the difference in homes that had pride in ownership verses those that had cheap updates added or were not cared for, things we couldnt see online. Buying and selling our homes was stressful but we felt Ida, Felicia, and the whole team had our backs the whole time while we lived in another state. Its been a year since we closed on our home and everyday day we are grateful for where we live and its because of Ida and Felicia. I think of them often as I sit back and look upon my home and where I get to live.

ZillowVERIFIED Ive worked with several agents in the area and Ida is absolutely the best out there. Not only is she responsive and dedicated to her clients, she is very knowledgeable about the market, types of homes, builders in the area, and even materials used in homes. She was very honest about a home when we asked her opinion and made sure we had every detail to ensure we didnt pick a dud. She cares more about helping people than selling a home, and that is why we will utilize her when we sell our home and recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Writing this review for Ida is especially difficult and incredibly easy at the same time. Back in 2016 Ida helped my husband and I purchase our first home and it was an amazing experience. Ida is not your average real estate agent. She goes above and beyond EVERY SINGLE DAY. She comes with so much experience and isnt afraid to be completely transparent no matter how it affects her bottom line. She genuinely just wants the best for every person she works with. This year we decided to sell the home Ida helped us buy and to no surprise Ida pulled this off without a hitch. She gave us step-by-step instructions on how to get our house ready and guided us to make sure that we got the best possible offer with the least amount of risk. Our home sold in no time. I will forever recommend Ida to every person I know looking to sell or buy a home. If youre reading this review then I am urging you to PLEASE contact her. You will not only have the best real estate agent out there but a lifelong friend!

ZillowVERIFIED Ida was great! Super helpful as we were selling from out of state. Helped me find workers to touch up the property and got it all staged and photographed for selling. She worked with us on figuring out pricing and we completed the whole selling process, including closing, in just 24 days.

ZillowVERIFIED I'm not one to write reviews but I would shout my recommendation for Ida Bear from the rooftops. Her knowledge of the market and attention to detail are second to none. More importantly, she really understands who you are and what it is you are looking for and deftly navigates around all impediments to make sure you get what you need, even if you are not sure what that something is. I literally cannot count the number of times she went way out of her way to make sure that something was done right. She spent countless hours searching, communicating, commuting, accessing her contacts, investigating, and getting to know me and my family. I really feel like I made a friend for life, heck, we're inviting her to our housewarming party, and I feel like she was honestly as happy that we found our dream home (thanks to her) as we were. Ida, thank you so much for everything. You deserve all the praise in the world.

ZillowVERIFIED Ida was simply the best! Ive bought/sold six homes since 2002; thats 10 total realtor transactions. By far Ida was the best realtor to work with. I would recommend her to my best friends, parents, anybody. And, when its time to rent or sell the home she helped us buy here in Bremerton, I will call her without hesitation. One example of her above and beyond - we bought a new build in July that would be finished in November. I was still stationed in San Diego during that time. Ida visited the build site once or twice a month and sent us a video of the progress. We didnt ask her to do that but were very pleasantly surprised after receiving the first video. Then she sent another, and another, and another, until it was finished. Ida was beyond exceptional and a true professional. You may engage her services and rest assured you are in great hands!

ZillowVERIFIED We were so beyond blessed to have crossed paths with Ida. Our journey started out moving from Hawaii to WA. At first we tried to buy without any help and we found that to be extremely difficult. We had friends who had previously purchased a home in Washington so we reached out and they recommend Ida and we are so glad they did. Ida was quick to respond when we reached out. She started asking questions to get a feel on what we were looking for. She sent us tons of homes to look at. Ida was very knowledgeable especially when it came to the area. She was able to talk about the pros and con of area, schools, traffic, and list goes on. Any questions we asked she either had an answer or found it for us. She also was very helpful when it came to walking us through the process of buying a home. Because Ida is so responsive and helpful we were able to buy our home in a little over a month. Considering how competitive the market is right now that's almost a miracle. I would highly recommend Ida. She is a hard worker, honest, and kind. She is the best there is.

ZillowVERIFIED As first time home buyers in an extremely competitive market, the process of buying a home seemed daunting at first. However, Ida's expertise made the process smooth and stress free. Ida's advice helped our offer to stand out among numerous appealing offers. In addition to her extensive knowledge of the area, Ida has also provided us with trusted referrals for professionals in the area (painters, septic, flooring, etc.).We will absolutely reach out to Ida when we decide to buy/sell again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I have worked with Ida on more than one occasion, both as buyers and sellers. She has always been amazing. Not only does she have extensive knowledge, she is an absolute work horse. If any problem ever comes up during the buying/selling process she always kept us informed and worked with us to try and find a solution. Both time we sold with her we made much more than we expected. My wife and I are moving out of state but if anyone is interested in buying or selling in the Kitsap area, Ida's name will be the first I recommend every time.

ZillowVERIFIED Ida is an excellent realtor. We were first time home buyers, with no idea on what to do. She is a very knowledgeable realtor. She helped us find a house, even though we were all the way on the other side of the country, she sent us videos and we were able to video chat while she was visiting the houses. While our plans changed dramatically, we werent able to continue with our house purchase, due to other unforeseen military circumstances. She was fast and quick at responding and messaging back. Were hoping to get stationed in Washington again, and will definitely be using Ida, for our future house purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED Ida was great. She spent multiple days showing us homes when my wife and I visited. After visiting and deciding that none of the homes that we toured met our expectations, Ida continued to send us extremely detailed videos of other homes as they came available after my wife and I returned home to separate states. Eventually Ida found a home that we loved and ended up purchasing. Ida understands her clients and is attentive to their needs and wants. She is extremely knowledgeable of the local area and is well versed on the VA loan process. We were referred to Ida and my wife and I would recommend her to anyone as well, especially active duty military!

ZillowVERIFIED Ida is a true professional with outstanding knowledge of the Kitsap area. She came highly recommended to us, and she more than delivered. With Ida's help we were able to get the property in outstanding shape and ready for listing even though we were located across the country and the property had been rented out for 2 years prior to listing. And after just 1 weekend on the market, we had multiple offers above list price. Ida was a pro in working with multiple realtors to get the right offer at the right time. Ida is a true pro who will fight for you. She's responsive and will tell you what you need to know when you need to know it. We highly recommend her to buyers and sellers.

ZillowVERIFIED Ida Bear was recommended from a friend and she did not disappoint. Being a first time potential home owner did not know what to expect. Ida has a tried and true process from beginning to end that works. First conversation was excellent talked about what i wanted and most importantly she listens and lets you explain in your own way what kind of home you would like to purchase. Ida will send you potential homes and select the ones you would love to see. Now the fun starts!!! Ida's experience and working knowledge really goes into overdrive pointing out things at the potential homes that are good and possibly may be an issue. Having never bought a home Ida is perfect!! Ida's knowledge is immense and the amount of people she knows in the real estate business will without a doubt help you get the home you want. Ida is professional and a delight to work with. From putting in the offer to the home inspection she makes the process seamless. Ida tells you that you can call her with any questions sometimes she is busy with other clients but will call you back. Its amazing to meet someone and who genuinely cares about your experience of buying a home and it shows. No pressure to put in an offer for a certain home just lets you decide what you want. I am fortunate that i got to meet and work with Ida Bear to purchase my home. I would recommend her to anyone who has the want or desire to purchase or sell a home. If i were to sell or purchase another home Ida Bear would be the only real estate agent i would use. Believe me Ida is Exceptional!!!

ZillowVERIFIED We are so glad that we decided to work with Ida to buy our 1st home. The whole process was brand new to us and more complicated since we were shopping from out of state. Ida taught us so much about real estate and was a tremendous resource throughout the entire process. We truly felt like she had our backs and her only goal was to help us find the right home. We fully trusted Ida every step of the way and enjoyed the weekend we spent touring Kitsap county with her. She has tons of local knowledge and is diligent, efficient and an all around pleasure to work with. I have already recommended her to 2 friends looking to buy soon.
