ZillowVERIFIED We saw the great review's and decided to go with this agent. We have purchased several homes over the years and this set of transactions was the worst we've ever experienced. Ian sat down with us and listened for some time and seemed to have everything in hand. During the transactions though, he failed to deliver on his promises and it cost us money. After we signed, he didn't seem to care any more. He seemed to have forgotten everything and when we asked him about it, he claimed that he thought we had changed our minds because we didn't mention it again. That's as poor as can be when you're dealing with hundreds of thousands of dollars. I wouldn't use this team again and I don't recommend them.
