I have worked with all sorts of clients. Those who were coming to the area for 2 days to find a home on a quick relocation, and those who took months to find the right home. With sellers, I have helped those who were ready to move and had a house cleaned up and those who had some serious work to do! In the latter group, I leaned in, got dirty and got to work. Selling a home is a partnership and I am here to help, however much work there is to do.
I recently worked with a couple (Jake and Anne) that had rented a home with me over a year ago, and contacted me when they were ready to buy. Since they followed my advice and extended their lease, they were looking at homes during the winter months when things aren't as crazy as the Spring and Summer, and they paid about $15K less for their home.
