Hunter is the absolute best! His knowledge of Lexington and surrounding communities is impressive. Having grown up in the area, Hunter has local area expertise and personally knows property histories. He has outstanding communication and responded to all of my emails/texts and questions of different properties as they came on the market. As we went through homes, he learned what we were looking for and then he found it! When viewing homes with Hunter, we were so impressed with his knowledge of home building and restoration projects. Hunter pointed out concerns the inspection would uncover (before we got the inspection)! We met with a builder to discuss possible renovations needed and Hunter had pointed out all the necessary work before the builder got there. He was spot on!
