My home was for sale by owner, Horace came to view my home & brought the PERFECT family to tour it the next day. Horace definitely looks out for his clients best interest. It isn't easy having realtors show your home when it's not listed through MLS. Horace was diligent at explaining things so both myself & the buyer understood the legal mumbo jumbo through the offer & contract process. He was truly a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him for a listing and/or buying agent!!
