I really bothered Heidi for more than three months to find a house that met the condition I wanted. It was difficult to find a good house with limited budget. So she suggest lots of strategys I can use. And everytime I found a house I want to take a look she setup the ture right way. So I was able to see all the houses I want. And finaly I buy a house! Question: What do you do when you want to buy a house thats 1160 miles from where you currently live, and theres a world-wide Pandemic raging? Answer: Call Heidi Westgate. She's on ZILLOW! Then, just BREATHE and RELAX! Thats exactly what my wife and I did. From the first email to the recorded deed, Heidi made it happen in exactly 32 days - between February 20, 2021 and March 23, 2021. And, Heidi even found an exceptional Realtor for us who was able to sell our current house - from the first email to the closing - in 38 days! (It probably would have taken less time to sell our house than to buy the new one if selling our house had not been contingent upon our purchase of the new house...). Heidi also recommended the best mortgage financing team we have ever worked with. I realize that all this sounds way too crazy to be true. But I promise you that these are the facts. In addition, I want to mention that Heidi and her husband (and partner), Gene, are real, genuine people. Every time I called them, and every time I sent them an email or text message, I received a prompt reply in kind. Without exception! If they didnt know the answer to our question (which was rare) they would first say so, and then they would find the answer quickly. They always explained things clearly. They never used technical language or left us confused. They are excellent tacticians and exceptional strategists. They really did want to know what was important to us. They never tried to steer us in a direction that was inconsistent with our needs and values. And they always did what they said they would do. Always. We always knew we could trust Heidi and Gene. And we now have a beautiful home in a beautiful location, location, location. And two new friends whom we greatly value and appreciate. Heidi and Gene Westgate are exceptional realtors. I can understand why Heidi is a Zillow Premier Agent who has received 45 - 5 Star ratings, and who has sold 24 homes in the last 12 months. Make that 25 sales, and 46 5-Star ratings.
