ZillowVERIFIED Recently purchased an investment property with Heather's assistance and I can't say enough great things about her. From meeting me multiple times at the property for viewings, to advocating for me during the negotiation process and finally the ease of the closing. She was always prompt with her communication, detailed with her knowledge of the house, neighborhood and surrounding areas all with a smile on her face. She provided me several great referrals for different resources like inspection, locksmith, etc.. She is a credit to her profession and a joy to know. Can't thank you enough, Heather!

ZillowVERIFIED Heather is hands down the best real estate professional in Columbus, GA. I've purchased homes in the past and out of all the realtors, she is the most professional expert in her craft. She is quick to respond with questions or answer, she's motivated and loves her profession, and overall and honest agent who has a ton of experience in the area. Without a doubt, Heather will find you the perfect home. She has the best personable skills to negotiate between the buyer and seller agent that I've ever seen. ZillowVERIFIED Heather went above and beyond her real estate requirements assisting with a long distance sale of property. She not only helped with the quick sale, but she received and had legal documents signed by the home owner to move her into a care facility. From California to Columbus, GA, we got it done thanks to Heather. You'll be in good hands if you use Heather Williams.

ZillowVERIFIED Heather went above and beyond for us! We are a military family and needed to buy sight unseen to ensure we had a house lined up prior to our arrival. Heather was so thorough and thoughtful with her virtual tours. Whenever we had questions she was quick to connect with the sellers and figure out the answer. Such a smooth and stress free process.

ZillowVERIFIED Amazing! Shes been with my family forever and I'm so thankful to have her be our realtor! She was very responsive, always included a list of recommendations and would be willing to go see different houses with me also even when it was around 6 at night. One time she went to look at 6 different houses with me even some in Smith Station, Alabama and then come back to Columbus. I'm just very thankful for the care that she gives and its a life long working friendship.

ZillowVERIFIED We have used Heather to sell and to buy a home. When she helped us sell she did so many things I thought were so above and beyond what should be expected. The video presentations she did was so incredible and showed our home in a way that left us in awe. She set up venders to do the few little things that needed to be done and made sure it was done correctly. She got us an amazing price for our house and I feel no one would have put the time and effort she did for us. When we got ready to purchase we let her know and she was detailed in asking us what we were looking for and showed us any home we wanted to see. Heather took the time to do research on each of them including the neighborhood they were in. When we found the one for us she helped the entire time, even during the walk through she was active for us in pointing things out we would never have looked for. She did this not because she had to as others dont but because she truly cares about our future happiness in our home. She truly is a one of a kind realtor and person and we were blessed to have her as our realtor. Thank you Heather for all you did to help make this a wonderful experience. You will always be our realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Heather assisted my husband and I buy a new home as well as sell our existing home and she went above and beyond our expectations! We interviewed four Real Estate Agents and she by far surpassed the group with her professionalism and knowledge of the market. From the first conversation to the last she made us feel like her priority even though we knew she was in high demand. She was extremely helpful with valuable advice and recommendations from lenders, to contractors, to inspectors, etc. she was a one stop shop of information that made our process less stressful. Heather is enthusiastic, thoughtful, and so genuine. We would 100% work with her again and recommend her if you want the best agent on your side!

ZillowVERIFIED Heather is motivated, assertive, and capable of navigating the complex world of reality with ease. Heather is energic and very responsive, which makes her great at what she does. This was the first time we bought a house, but Heather was a great advisor and made the process easier than what it could've been. She replied to our texts within minutes at any time of the day and was accommodating to our schedules. She found the house that was perfect for me and my fiancA(C) within a week of contacting her. ZillowVERIFIED Heather went above and beyond for our recent relocation to Columbus. Not only did she coordinate a marathon weekend of house showings (our request, since we had limited time to come into town and shop for homes), but she also provided honest and direct feedback on homes and neighborhoods when requested to assist us with making the best decisions with the most information available. Even further, after we found a home she assisted with coordinating inspectors when we were unable to be present and did everything in her power to assist and ensure we closed on time. She was very responsive, professional, and easy to work with. I highly recommend her for your Columbus area realty needs.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I called Heather to see what we could sell our home at, the current market based on on square feet. She came to the home and we went through the numbers. We decieded to list the home the next day and she called back about 2hours later and said she had a couple that would love to see our home. It was sold in those two hours for the full price. She is an outstanding realtor and really took good care of us. I highly recommend her. Thanks Heather! Dave and Carol
