She completed her MBA at Harvard Business School, specializing in Real Estate Investment and Development. A graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder, Heather earned dual degrees in Political Science and International Business with an emphasis on the European Union. During her time at CU, she was a Division One swimmer and served as Sorority President of Kappa Alpha Theta. Throughout her career, Heather has achieved over half a billion dollars in real estate sales across Oregon and California. Known for her concierge-level service, she prioritizes integrity, honesty, and discretion in every transaction. Her high energy, positive mindset, and pragmatic approach allow her to structure deals thoughtfully and exceed client expectations. Heather goes above and beyond for her clients by leveraging her expertise as the owner of a successful staging and design company, a general contracting business, and her nonprofit, The Brother Bird Foundation. She also leads her residential brokerage team at Cascade Hasson Sotheby's, the largest brokerage with the most market share in Oregon. Outside of her work, Heather enjoys hiking the scenic trails of Bend with her beloved morkie, Franklin Delano Roosevelt, and French Bulldog, Kype. She's also an avid skier, golfer, and a fan of great restaurants and live music. As an advocate for global impact, Heather actively supports the Microfinance Club and the Global Grameen Bank's mission. Looking ahead, Heather's goals include completing her tenth (and final) marathon in Kona, Hawaii, and earning a spot on the Wall Street Journal's "40 Under 40" list--further demonstrating her dedication to making a meaningful impact in her industry and beyond.
