We had such a great experience working with Oregon Lux Group, specifically Sofia Pouget-Prieto. We have bought and sold homes in several different states, and this was by far the easiest home purchase. Sofia was amazing to work with! We had a short window to find and purchase a home in Bend's very tight real estate market in the fall of 2021. As we were living across the country, we had only two days in Bend to look at houses. Sofia made the most of our time and gave great advice about where we should and shouldn't be looking. So helpful when you don't know the town or the neighborhoods! She gave us a lot of different options and price points. She listened to our feedback and adjusted based on our wants and needs. She clearly has a good understanding of Bend and the real estate market. Sofia was very organized and detail oriented. She communicated clearly and effectively throughout the process. Once we found our home, she managed all of the inspection and repairs, as we were out of state. She was so on top of things that it made it worry free for us. We were able to close in 30 days without any difficulty, and move straight into our home as soon as we arrived in Bend. We were initially connected to Sofia through our mortgage lender and I am so glad that we were! I would not hesitate to use Sofia again for buying or selling a home!
