Heather was extremely responsive from the very first call. She always communicated what she was going to do?and then she did it. She has excellent interpersonal skills - she spent time listening to what we were looking for and was very untuned to non-verbals. She would often press in, asked questions and truly listen to us. She also helped us virtually visit homes when we were out of state. She made excellent recommendations and provided great insights on market trends. She really understood what we were looking for. Then, She helped us write a winning offer on our favorite house!
