We couldn't be more grateful for everything that she did for us before the house was listed as well as what she did once it was listed and we secured a buyer for the house.We live in a different state and the house we were selling was in Virginia. The house required a number of repairs before it was listed. She found us two contractors who quoted for the repairs and facilitated and followed up with the contractor selected to ensure everything was completed. Not only did she list our house and get us a buyer quickly, she helped facilitate the numerous repairs that were required after a buyer was found and ensured the contractors did the job satisfactorily. She helped facilitate a great price and she made sure that everything was taken care of in a timely fashion. She was exceptional and we would recommend her services to anyone and everyone! My husband and I were on a very tight timeline to find a new home due to a change in jobs (and location). Heather was very knowledgeable of the area that we were looking at buying a home. She had many suggestions of areas for us to look at since we were not as familiar with the area. Once we located a home she recommended everyone from a lender, a closing company, a home inspection company to a home warranty company. We took every suggestion she made and every company we ended up doing business with was wonderful! We were able to purchase our home quickly (she even guided us through a multiple offer situationaEUR|which we WON!), get the home inspection, appraisal, and land survey done in a VERY timely manner. We were able to put a contract on our home and close in less than 45 days and it would NOT have happened if it werent for Heather! She continuously pushed everyone on every front to get the deal done in time for our family to move in the weekend before I started my new job. Heather was available anytime we needed to speak with her whether it was 10 oclock at night or over the weekend. If she didnt know the answer to any of our questions (which didnt happen often AND we had a lot of questions as first time home buyers) she searched high and low until she got it. I was incredibly stressed out about how this process was going to be and thanks to Heather is seemed to move so smooth and flawlessly! We would not be in our beautiful new home if it wasnt for Heather and her amazing team!!!

Heather was amazing. She sat down and listened to us as we talked about all the things we wanted in our house. She researched so many houses in the area and went with us on what seemed like an endless list of house showings and sometimes back to a house multiple times. She was so patient with us as it was very hard for me to make a decision as she had found us so many good options. I never knew what a long complicated process it was to buy a house but Heather was able to walk us through it and she kept me informed on everything going on. She was able to tell me ahead of time what paperwork was needed so that by the time the bank/loan company needed it, the paperwork was already put together and ready to give them. ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Heather Moorefield after my husband received his orders to the Williamsburg VA area in order to help us find a new place to live as soon as we arrived in the area. We were transferring from sub base Bangor in Wa with our infant and a few pets; and wanted to spend as little time as possible in a motel. Heather was very helpful and professional in sending us an extensive list of homes close to my husband's job that were both within our budget and included everything that I had requested her to find us in a home. Once we arrived in the area she was able to work around our schedule to show us the homes we had requested a viewing of immediately and even showed us around the area and took us out to lunch at a wonderful local pizza and sandwich shop. Once we decided on a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath single family home with 1.78 acres and beautiful landscaping outside including fish ponds and a wrap around deck; Heather quickly got to work negotiating a great price and getting the inspections and much of the paperwork completed on our behalf. Heather was able to recommend some great businesses in the area for our insurance and mortgage; and was even very helpful in answering our follow up questions after we moved into our home. I would also like to add that her company was a wonderful resource for property management when my husband received orders out of state and we needed to rent the house out.

My wife and I worked with Heather for over 3 months. During this time, not once did she not answer the phone or email. If we needed to talk to her in the evening, she would state that she would call after she took care of her family and then she would help us 'till 10 o'clock at night. No-time was a bad time to Heather!In the latter part of my career in the military, so many times missions would fail because someone took for granted that the other person "got the email" or "got the text" and would not follow up with a phone call or physically check to see if something was done. Heather does not have that problem. She has an amazing communication ability. She took nothing for granted and would always follow up. If we asked her a question, (and we asked some doozies!) she would quickly follow up with us through email with a phone call confirmation. She would physically go to the property to check on something for us; no matter where the property was. She would ask anybody anything for us, and then follow up with us to see if we needed anything else.She is just an amazing professional, real estate agent, and now an amazing friend.

ZillowVERIFIED Heather was a strong negotiator who advised me to lower the cost of the house by 6 percent on asking price and also had the seller take 1/3 of closing costs. This was the maximum that the seller could afford, causing her to take out loans to sell the house. Her around the clock availability was commendable, and allowed my inflexible schedule to be accommodated. Finally, she was able to work deals with the local county representatives in a expeditious manner so that closing could be completed within the time constraints. When I sell my house in the future, I will request her again. I could not have received a better experience closing on a house.
